Stanks Switch It Up In 2019

Congrats on the POTM win bud! Look forward to seeing your girls move forward. Nice that both Skunks are girls!

Thanks Yeti! I appreciate that bud! Yeah definitely an added bonus when both are ladies, pretty stoked. Now the question is will my luck hold up with the Lebanese that I just popped! Good to see ya around Yeti....cheers :passitleft:

Update time

Well shockingly we got the first batch of plants moved down into the 5'x5' in the basement. Man it felt good to turn that light on and have some healthy ladies under it. The other thing I have forgotten since July is just how freaking bright that Fluence is. The plants looked like they got their asses kicked today when I checked on them right before lights out. I snagged a few pics of the wilty looking Panama Haze....she didnt appear amused by the brightness, she looked TIRED! Thats ok, they need to get their asses ready cause things are going to start moving quickly.

Going to be doing some up potting tomorrow. Both Jack Herer's will be going into the same 10 gallon pot. Both Skunks will be going together into another 10 gallon pot. The Panama Haze will be going into a 5 gallon pot (and flipped). Several other plants will be getting up potted as well so the tent will look a lot different tomorrow.

Jack Herer #1 (Fem) - Seedsman - Veg Day 52

Both of the Jacks are doing great. They seemed the least bothered by the intensity of the Spydrx light. Going to give them a hair cut after they get up potted and open it up. They will be getting a lot of bending and hands on training from now until flowering starts. Still intend on keeping this grow pipe cleaner free!

Jack Herer #2 (Fem) - Seedsman - Veg Day 52

Panama Haze (Fem) - ACE Seeds - Veg Day 38

Ok, I promise she looks a lot better than the pictures seem. She was perky and happy before I moved her downstairs. She had about 5 hours under the light before I took these. Looks like she needs water, but she is fine in that department. I will grab a couple pics of her in the morning after I up pot her. Going to be spreading her out a bit to help try and keep her manageable once she gets into the new pot.

Afghani #1 (Fem) - Sensi Seeds - Veg Day 38

This girl is still upstairs under the smaller Razr. Going to give her a few more days before I up pot her (still not sure what size pot...leaning towards 7 or 8 gallon). Thinking of going with more of a quadline type training with her....but still not sure yet.

Slurricane (Fem) - In House Genetics - Veg Day 52

The freak is up last. Haven't done much of anything training wise with this one since it seems to do most of it on its own. Going to start really stepping up the bending and hand manipulation on her daily going forward.

I haven't seen any additional toppings/stem splitting on her recently, but its still got a ton of tops for not having done anything training wise. She will stay in her current 2 gallon for a couple more weeks before she goes in her final 10 gallon pot.

Alright everyone! Busy day here. Got all the girls up potted that needed it. Only the Slurricane didn't get up potted as she is currently in a 2 gallon.

They still seem a bit shell shocked by the intensity of the Spydrx. Hers what everything looks like now.

Nice one, Van. Good to see all that hard work come to fruit. Looking forward to seeing these girls go all the way now..
:meatballs:

Thank DD!! Yeah I love that feeling of seeing them in that tent under that light! I know the beauty that's gonna come once they get used to it.

Lookin good! All seems happy and green!
Hey LF! Thanks bud. Think its going to be a couple days before they are gonna look happy, they look like they are getting their asses whipped by that light. I actually raised it up another few inches to try and give them a little break.

Sure thing KJ! Give me a day or two brother. Things are hella busy here with some big projects around the house so my computer time is very limited (like today). I'm off to bed now brother! :passitleft:

Bonus Update

Ok, so as most of you that have been following us for a while know that had a bunch of plants going this spring and summer that caught some funk from fungus gnats and we moved them outdoors when we got back off vacation. Many of those died off as they grew but some remained....some healthier than others. We have a couple of them that are doing pretty good and the best one we have is the Sour Angel from In-House Genetics and the DTF from our own line. I think both of those are free and clear of the funk.

Weather was good most of the outdoor season here, but its gotten COLD the last few days. Temps have been dropping down in the low 30s and supposed to get down there again tonight. All the outdoor girls seem to be dealing with those temps very well and none show any signs of being angry. Also really amazed at the the fact that I am not finding any bud rot on any of the outdoor girls.

Anyways, here are a couple pics of the Sour Angel as she sits in the 47 degree temps outside.....Cheers, hope everyone is having a great weekend!

She is incredibly frosty...right up there with the Hindu Kush and the BCP in frost. And she smells incredible as well. She's in a 10 gallon pot and seems to be handling the cold temps very nicely.

I saw the resin rails, you don't see that a lot so it got my attention.

Yeah she's definitely the frostiest of the ladies outdoors! Smell is good enough that I wish I had seeds of it!

I love outdoor bud, old sol is the best even with the current solar minimum it can't be beat. :thumb:

Hey Dynamo! Yeah it was nice and toasty for it only getting into the low 50s today. No breeze....plants seemed to love it!

Look at the rails on that angel

Yeah buddy! She's throwing em up! Really hoping I can get a couple more weeks out of her.

I don't have any of the Sour Angel seeds. I did however pollinate a Sour Angel plant with pollen from an HSO Chemdog plant and produced 55 seeds. Could get pretty frosty too I'm thinking.

This plant is doing really well, man! Even in cold weather most of them will do fine and if she's coming to an end it's nothing to worry about.
