Stanks Go Perpetual In 2018!

Which plant is that in the back row middle? And would it be possible to see a photo from overhead. The top of that plant looks different then the others. Is it trying to make a large cola ?
That is Nukehead #2. She is the only plant that never got topped. We were so intrigued by her tight nodes and structure that we decided to let her go naturally on her own to see how she would grow. I am also interested to see the type of yield from just dropping a bean and letting it go.

I just did a massive defoliation on her before I put her into her new tent for 24 hours of darkness. In two days I will be glad to take an overhead shot of her. (she is in the dark with the big Stankberry.....flipping is underway as of tomorrow!

You guys' seriously have shit dialed in! They're so HEALTHY, never skipping a beat! Makes me feel kinda pathetic seeing mine and where they're at LOL. Each update just awes me. Very cool indeed. :goodjob:
Thanks Laquer, we appreciate the kind words!

I do think that I am very close to having the soil the way I want. I made a couple changes to the soil after my issue with the Nukehead and the big Stankberry girl. Added a couple things into smaller batches of soil to cook for a little bit. Won't really see how things turn out until I up pot the Northern Lights in a few days as she will be the first girl in the changed soil.

If I get the results I want from those small additions, we will be in good shape. Most of the work for all this took place last July when I mixed up the soil. Stick around brother....the fun is getting ready to start!

Stankberry Defoliation

Just finished trimming this beast. I am kind of worried about her height going forward LOL. She is already over 24" tall from the top of the soil. Should be interesting to see how she flowers out.

Gonna need a taller ceiling... (Quint)

For speeding up finish, add some malted barley seeds ground to a fine powder in your ACT instead of any other sugar if you're adding any. You can add the MB at the end of your aeration as well.

1 oz weighed - to 3-5 gal water/act. Do that 1x every week first 3-4 weeks in flower, you will get 15-20% reduction on your finish without loosing yield. All of a sudden... boom, fatty colas and should get added terpines.

Really interested in your latest amendments.
I added Glacial Rock Dust, Gypsum, Basalt minerals, and Neem/Karanja meal. I already had plain Neem that went in when I mixed up the soil back in July, but I decided a little extra potential pest deterrent couldn't hurt.

I also started top dressing with a few things starting late in veg. I started top dressing a couple teaspoons of seabird guano (all 'P' with 20% calcium), a half cup or so of EWC, a few teaspoons of ground barley (shout out Bobrown on that....started adding it into the ACT for plants in late veg and for flower). Just gives the soil something extra to break down and use in flower.

LOL....too late, I already stole that from you brother! Been doing it for the last 2 doses of ACT in preparation of flowering. Will continue as you suggest for the first half of flower before weening off to plain watering in the end.

I have a feeling you might be right about the taller ceiling! Good thing is I can run my light as close as 6" above the canopy so hopefully I can get them to finish without too much trouble!

You're going to make Stankberry F1 seeds with the boy and girl Stankberries aren't you??? I bet they would be very stable.

No, I am not convinced the female is the girl I want to use. Now the male is looking incredible. I just defoliated him again and I was starring at his structure....so similar to the Blue Dream. I am possibly going to harvest some pollen from him though!

I am not flipping him. I just want to watch him grow for a few more weeks. If I decide I want pollen from him, I will cut a clone and grow that out and collect from a manageable sized plant.

Honestly, I really wish the male Stankberry was a female. I am digging the male plant way more than the female, but the female is an incredible grower. She just isn't strong enough for my liking in her branches. I see floppage in my future in flower.....I don't think there would have been any floppage with the male's structure.

I didn't know what floppage was so I tried to look it up in the dictionary but I didn't know how to spell it.......LOL You better hope that porn moderator guy doesn't see you having floppage.
