Thx Stoop for the sage advice, I figured there is a reason so many folks use string. Point duly taken, Ill use a string setup.
I knew what gordo meant but you made me look up sabroso! Thank you for the kudos. :thanks:
 
If you use string use mason line. Anything thicker and less tightly wound will attract and keep critters. ;) I like the idea of cutting the string. But, I take a branch at a time and wash so,, I'll stick to wire. I use 12-gage or so, it moves... Plenty of options homie. Just my pesos

Don't get greedy, pick the number of colas you want, can reasonably deal with (meaning when they are big do they have room ) and train for that. See the final plant, visualize or some shit like that miaggi told me.

Don't be shy about chopping lower stuff that clutteres, creates area of dead air where problems live. Think big on top, not below.

I was hoping you were around.
I see your advice leans in the opposite direction regarding which materials would be best from Stoop.

One of my concerns is that I am losing a lot of height with the rez and table, never mind the little rolling dolly underneath. Maybe I can get rid of it?
Was gonna use a drip to drain with a couple of filters on the intake and out. Whats your thoughts on this?

Dood...I wanna scrog so bad. I never had a 1 plant grow. So I would have the time to wax on wax off like you said earlier.
Ok. Scratch the dog fence. 12 gauge you say? Trip to HD.....sigh. I see the nylon nets they sell in the local hydroponics shop are really over priced. I have about 10-12 more days before I begin flowering the bubblegum,so theres time.

You are on point there. You gonna love the growth and weight these gals can pack on) I see there is indeed a difference between the two phenos, especially in smell. The larger phenos (Mine are 27" and 28.5" respectively) give you that lemon pledge sour smell and finish a week to 10 days later than pheno sd#1. My sd#1 pheno above is not lemony in smell but does have diesel fuel aroma and with good side branching.

Would have been nice to get both, but my bubblegum is the same age, and journals I have seen harvested it 60-70 days. Hoping it keeps me occupied waiting on the SD's to finish.

My hso blue dream auto are doing great too. A bit shorter, but really pretty short full plant. About 6 inches now. Waiting for them to blow up any day.

I started with 6 hso beans. Had all six germ, but one blue dream made one set of real leaves, and then never made any new growth. Ended up pulling it and replacing with the chocolate kush.

This is my first grow, and my only issues so far is a bit of cal deficiency. Working that out now, but hasn't seemed to phase them. I have trimmed a few lower leaves that weren't looking to good.

I'm really looking forward to smoking meds I grew myself. I'm a disabled veteran, and smoke for my ptsd.

Stage, Read your completed journal, nice grow, good yield... closed so couldn't post there... Have never done autos, but i am interested in some of the new fast versions i've read about.... Ran across this thread about Sweet Seeds Green Poison fast version.. Fuzzy's - Fast Version by Sweet Seeds

Appreciate you stopping thru. Read Fuzzy's thread. 1st time i ever heard of a non auto fast finishing but gorgeous they are indeed.
Thx for the heads up. I only purchased the 3 seed hso auto gear and all the others were photo beans.
I'm looking to get some additional auto grows under my belt. They have come a long way.

I'm not running a journal on my grow, but at 27 days, the hso bd auto are looking good so far. Once I get everything figured out here, I will post pics.

In my profile pic, the two on the far right are the blue dream. Not a great photo though.

Its harvest time for one of the sour diesel autos.:cheertwo:
I cut down the sd1. She got a 4 bucket wash. I used h2o2 in the 1st bucket, lemon juice and baking soda on the 2nd.
She is drying whole. Usually I wet trim but this time,I will dry trim her. I figure with temps in mid 80s and humidity at 60%-65% it should take about 5 or 6 days to dry.
I will provide dry weight at that time. :blushsmile:

Had to add stakes, buds growing heavy and falling over. Id say overall that's a good problem to have.

She is already at 3ft. Ill figure out a way to manage her height. I cant wait to turn her loose.
She is BEGGING to be flowered but I have at least 7 to 10 days more to go before the autos are done.
