Spimps NLxBB Auto Micro CFL's 2013

Good weed Everyone and Happy Munchyday!!

Well, not so much for me.

It looks like the issue with the girls is worse than I thought. If my GDP wasn't growing like crazy I maynot have noticed, but the autos and now Gitmo are not happy today at all. I have taken another emergancy step and have them in a cardboard box out in the cloudy sun, as I dont know what else to do. They water weight of the pots has'nt changed in days and they havnt grown in days either.
Im listing them as 25% chance of dieing...

The only other thing I think I can do is---- take them out of the pots, add dry soil and perlit under them, repot them. If anyone has any other option let me know. I gotta do something quick or it may be too late. F**K!!!!!

Ok, got that out of my system. :)

if you have them... put them in a different set of same sized pots (GENTLY shake out a lil soil from the roots to make room for dry soil)
or put them in slightly larger pots (if you have them in 4L pots put them in 4.5L pots with a straight perlite layer underneath and around the root ball to let them drain excess water)
or take the bottoms off your pots and GENTLY press some of the excess water out(not highly recommended)

just a couple ideas i thought might help sir

Repot now, Spimp?

:goodluck:

Im not happy about it. Im just not sure what the alternative is. Thats not true, the alternative is sit and wait. But consider this--- the last watering I did was on the 11th. and they havnt grown or drank a drop it seems since.

you have to find a way to drain the excess before you get root rot sir... replanting now may not be optimal but it has to be better than losing plants... worst case scenario it wil set you back a couple weeks right? better than setting you back a couple months to grow next batch...

Ya but they are Autos. I agree a little harvest is better than none. But two weeks more of setbacks, puts me into the 2g harvest zone... Im hoping the SUPER MEGA HID in the sky will help some. But I could be overloading them with lumens while the roots are rotting away. Well at least I didnt half azz f this up, I went full bore baby!!

Have you repotted them yet?

Or are you letting this become complicated.

You know what to do :cheer:

FAFU- full azz f-up even if you leave it you may be set back to below the 2g harvest because of the excess water/underdraining if your worried about time, id say take the bottoms off the pots, get a small area of small screen, like for a screen door, and gently press the water out. itll come out the bottom as intended and the top through the screen.. do this 2-3 times toget most of the water out.. then rejudge your water weight

Here is the rootball of a tiny auto:

Heres is 90%+perlite mix. 2 inches in the bottom of the pot:

It was still crazy damp for the bottom 1/3 of the soil. Now Gravity and Time are the best Allies.
I made a very very heavy perlite mix for drainage. The weight of the water will hopefully start pushing itself down and when there is no soil for it to soak into, it will drain. :wood: As you can see by the pic, after 5 day of no water, it is still really wet. No bueno.

hope everything works out.. im sending positive energy their way.. it may take a little bit, coming from a long distance

Dont worry, Im prepared with Distraction Pics:
