Hi mate, how are the plants looking, ive skipped a few pages as ive not been on for a couple of days as been really busy,

the plants are young so you dont want them in direct sunlight, if the plants where not started outdoors then you cant have them outdoors for long periods until they have been hardened, you need to start with 30min first day then up the outdoor time until they harden to the sun,
its the same with hid lights, if i have my seedlings under hps it causes them to die, the light bleaches the leaves and it makes the stem go really thin then they fall over and die, so i start my seedlings under cfls with the cfls 4 to 6 inches above the plants for the first week, you dont want high temps either at this stage.

ill try reading back a few pages to see if the plants have recovered, the sun will just be to hot and to bright at this stage, you just want a ok level of light, nothing to bright at this stage, seedlings suffer heat and light stress very early on in growth so seedlings just sprouted dont need to much light, once their 2 or 3 nodes high you can then lower the light to get more lumins, if i start my seedlings under the hps and the light is 12inch of lower from the tops of the seedlings then they just dry up and die,

This is a delicate subject an I dont want anyone crossing the line and getting in trouble. You can PM me or make general generic comments only please. I will not give you names on individuals at this time. Maybe never. So dont ask. Use your brain and read around and it is obvious.

When this story came down the wire, I was vey upset. Our safety and amenity are paramount here. I did as much research as I culd to get to the bottom of this story. I recieved, and gave PM's to members and mods.
People made attempts to persuade me into taking the offenders side. But I am a skeptical individual. I continued to claw for answers and now that link provides enough 'closure' tothe stuation that I think we all need to read it carefully.

Th Following is OPINION based on facts aquired from PM's, as well as closely monitoring some members activities.
There are many memebers to this site that use this place as a tool for self promotion and to align themselves with Sponsors for free goods and 'sponsorships'. I have no problem with Capitolism at its core, but it seems to always lead to Curruption. And I believe the same is very much happening here as well.
pecifically from the members who get too involved with thier attempts at self promotion and blindly sticking by sponsors and not this site. 420 went above and beyond to distance themselves from this situation and PROVIDE SECURITY for its members.
Yet Some members are very upset because ofthe issues. They refuse to accept that 420 was right from the beggining. These members are afraid of losing 'sponsorships' and free goods to the point of being a mouthpiece for a company that is OBVIOUSLY shady under pressure. And thats being very very nice.
Of all the members who have laid down with this shady company, I have seen only one admit he was worng. THAT SHOULD RAISE RED FLAGS FOR ANYONE WORRIED ABOUT THIER OWN SECURITY.

There is also speculatin of members leaving over this situation. If self preservtion and free goodies are your driving force, my Opinion is 'dont let the door hit you on the way out'. This is a place of advocacy, helping teach others, and peace. Anyone who doesnt care about others PRIVACY and SAFETY is a liability at minimum.
Ive never had a problem with members using thier grows to help themselves. Finicially or with goodies. But ENDANGERING peopls safety by REGURGATATING LIES is completly wreckless behavior.

People who do not live where you live DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR PRIVACY CONCERNS. Some countries have very lax laws regarding beans and mmj, others are extrememly rigid with Big Brother looking for a reason to come get you. Dont let someone else jeopardize your safety!

In closing, I am taking a risk just posting this. Im going to piss some people off. Maybe both sides to be honest. But Im about transaprency and 'doing the right thing'. I believe 420 did everything they could (some would argue a little overboard) to protect our safety and continues to do so. I believe some were Lied to by the offender and choice to blindly believe him. I would be quick to forgive if only the members who helped spread the propaganda would admit fault and apoligize. After all they were lied to as well. But only one has so far.

Anyone who posts regarding this is taking a risk that a Mod will delete your post or worse ifyou cross the line. Im going to self report this Post and allow the moderators to decide if it can stay or not. If I have crossed the line I apoligize but my conscience needed to say something about the situation.

how are the plants looking, is the stems still a green colur, if the stems are still green then the plants are still alive and trying to grow,

could it just be that their over watered, seedlings need very little water and its possibly best to water from the bottom, so you could have the pots in dishes then just pour a few ml of water into the dishes so it soaks it up, this encourages the roots to grow to find the water, if your soil is not draining or drying out then repotting was possibly the best option, but after repotting the plants will suffer some stress for a few days so dont over do the watering until you see new growth, they will have some transplant shock, if the soil is dry then water from the bottom but only a small amount of water, you dont want the growing medium to wet nor really to dry, it needs to be slightly more on the dry side so watering from the bottom would be a good option,

also do the drain holes let the pot breath, is the soil level to low from the top of the pot, the roots need oxygen as much as they need water so if their is no way of air getting to the soil then the roots will just rot, you can check of the holes in the bottom of the pots are blocked which now you have transplanted they shouldnt be, but you could also carefully poke some holes around the sides of the pots, this will allow the soil to breath more and should help it dry out a bit quicker,

also are you temps in a good range, if temps are to high then seedlings suffer as they cant take in as much water as they need due to them not having a good root mass.

hopefully the transplant has solved the problem but just give them a few days to recover, when i water my seedlings i use a spray bottle and spray the top of the pot so its all getting wet then it wicks down to the roots, you dont want to water to much, if you have a fan blowing on the seedlings then this can cause problems as well as the plants lose more moisture then they can take in so fans can cause problems early on in the grow, i know as i lost plants due to having fans blowing on them,

the other thing you can do is while the soil is drying out you can spray the seedlings with a fine mist of water, just give them a gentle spray but dont have them under direct light when you do spray, so either move the plants away from the lights a few more inches then spray or spray them just as lights go out.

another think that makes roots grow much quicker is the 18-6 light schedule, a test was done on 3 clones grown in the same hydro set up and grown side by side but all grown with their own light under different lighting schedules, 18-6 produced the most roots and nearly twice as much as the 24-0 schedule, 20-4 was in between but still not producing as much roots as the 18-6, so if your not using a schedule that gives a night period then id switch to 20-4 or 18-6 while the plants recover, if you then want to use 24-0 or 20-4 then you can go back to these once the plants are 2 or 3 nodes high.

im pretty sure you will be ok, i think the problem was them started packs you used, mg is just way to hot for these plants and it tends to cause many problems, we are not growing plants so they need very little, we are growing weeds and they grow under most conditions and can take a whole lot of stress,

im here to grow and help others, i put at least 8 hours a day into this site not because i have to but because i want to,
i promote products that work and i doing get anything for free, ive never gotten anythng for free from any of the sponsors, not even got my prizes from motm yet,

yes i do push products, i push producst that work and work well, if something works well for me and produces good results or good customer service then i am clearly going to let others know about this as they could be benefiting from the products or service i get,

so i never got anything free from the nutrient sponsor, when i joined the site i discussed the product and 2 growers kindly paid for it and paid for postage, my problem is postage costs twice as much as the products so for me to pay £100 just for postage is a big risk if it dont work.

so i push products that work and thats what i did, i got nothing at all for free and dont get anything at all for free, i promote herbies as the prices are good, delivery is quick, his free seeds offer is much better than anyone else, his customer service is much better than anyone else, he replaces seeds that are not of souvineer quality, so thats why i promote herbies, ive also been promiting dogget simpsons products but ive not tried then but they seem very easy to use so ive been pushing them since he became a sponsor.

so if anyone thinks im getting anything for free then id prefer to actually speak up and say somethinh, the only free products ive seen people get is from top led, they sent jon a free led and also bid i think it was who got the other free led as long as they included it in their journal and promoted the product, if the sponsors want to send my products because of how much promoting i do then their more than welcome to do so, but none of them have and doubt they will, im like everyone else on this site, i have to pay for my products and i have to pay sky high postage charges compared with most growers, luckily i wont motm so i will get to try some new producst and if they work ill also be promoting them as much as i can, if they dont work then they wont get promoted.

im not even sure i can afford all the postage on the prizes i won so i might have to see if they will let me gift them out to other growers because im on disability benefits so if postage is to much then i clearly wont get to try the products but wont know until i find out what the prices are going to be.

I stand corrected. Dankdragon PM'd me becasue he thought I was mad at him.

The only reason I went off is because DP and I were discussing this in private, and he went against my wishes and brought it back up. Thats disrespectful to me, the community, and 420.

@DP-- I ask, again, that we resolve this via PM. Because if it continues into a bickering contest, we both may end up on vacation. This place is for peace, advocacy, and free flow of information about MMJ. I suggest we get back to that sir.
