HAPPY FRIEDDAY and GOOD WEED!!!
So Today looks like the day Seymour aka NLxBB is going in the box.
For a combination of reasons I will be chopping tomorow night. I could avoid the biggest reason but I try to keep it real so here it is---Convenience. Sorry, but its the truth. I know she is gonna take a few hours to trim and I cant do ith with the Niños awake so it has to b a night OP. I work pretty early so doing it during the week is out because im already doing 3-3.5hrs extra commitment after work.
Heres a few questions you guys might have--
1. Is she 'done"? Probably not. Doubt shes gonna gain any more weight, but she could be a little more ripe. Her sugar leaves are probably 15-25% amber. Some places its 50%! But the buds seems to be much less. Probably like 5%, maybe less. Id say the way she is moving, 5 more days would be ideal.
2. Why not wait? Combination of reasons.
A)Have 5 'pots' going right now, 2 in full flower, one seedling under 2 -26w cfls, 2 beans germing on my porch.
Its a little ridiculous since Casa de Spimp is in an urban setting and my grow box is a bookcase and a bathroom cabinet.
If I chop Seymour, everything else can fit in the one box. Muy bien.
B) When these beans sprout, I need them under full light. Looking at my notes, I germed Blue for a few days under much less light and I think it affected yield. One more thing Im gonna take out of the equation.
C) Im basically out of smoke.
D) I kinda f'ed up on this girl. I under-analysed the P issue couple weeks ago at it has me a little nervous.
I stopped the brown spotting and the sugars still look 95% ok. Problem is Im literally on like 3 fan leaves left total!! The have been drained and dropped and Im concerned its gonna continue and ruin the sugar trim. Last grow I had same issue but a little worse and I didnt correct it. I had a few crispy buds. This time I want some trim fr some ice has or something.
I had something else to say but I smoked a bowl and forgot.
