ugh, now that I have typed the above, I know I am going to end up dedicating one of the small grow clones to something like this, since its going to be a mother plant for a while, might as well stunt it correctly... lol...

Actually it's not my thread. It was started by Light Addict, the originator of this particular style of training. It's now a training class "sort of say" for those who want to Flux a plant. If you have a seedling or small plant that you're interested in fluxing just post it on that thread & you'll get step by step instructions in real time as LA walks you through the procedure from beginning to end.

I've personally never had one fail (well... excluding the euphoria clone my dad got >.<) once a root popped out its wonderful to see haha. I hate the wait, until that first root comes out my Dead-Clone-Society days flash before my eyes lol, too many dead clones... >.<

I totally agree with Reg, "that manifold look" really actually isn't that hard to achieve, even the most rough-handed girl in the world (me) can do it haha. That's not to say I don't break dozens of branches on the way >.< but in the end it all works out lol. (Ugh today I snapped 2 branches trying some hand training, one on RCB, one on Ghost OG. Now, I'm wearing mental handcuffs every time I go in the veg room lol)

Give LA's thread a look! LA's not only a brilliant grower, but extremely generous with his knowledge and time (like so many people here.)

But that said, LST is great too haha... 'Fluxing' really is just a much more formulated training plan that incorporates LST and HST and all manner of training methods.

Hey there Jaga! Thanks so much hahaha, and no worries, we're all busy at times I loved the PM hahaha (he sent me a really funny/cute video, "I'm growing Marijuana in my yard" to the tune of "Happy Birthday" - lmao. I don't even mind that its country/folksy, it rocked LOL)

Hahaha thanks Mr. Teddy! honestly, those RCB roots blew me away... so thick and knobby and covering the bottom of that pub mix pot like a blanket lol. I've honestly (not to my knowledge) ever grown roots as healthy as that so early on. - I must say, plants love being grown this way a lot more than on the chemical ferts I used to use.

it may sound too good to be true... but its not, lol. Step by step fluxing help from a master for free. Its like an apprenticeship where you get the master to work for you lol. Sounds like a good deal to me

Bud Porn!

Hey guys! So I realized how quickly those buds were drying, did some final trimming and I even found my pesky, hiding scale. Euphoria is left, BBK is right, and what's left after my...extensive sampling: Euphoria - 24 grams / Black Bubba Kush - 17 grams.

Better than I thought - I guessed a quarter zip per plant but it ended up more like 10-14 grams (I threw away any buds I found mealybug cotton inside of while final trimming, probably 4-5 grams tossed, and already vaporized at least 7 grams, so taking those losses into account I'd say I got 2 zips total... its nice to beat your expectations haha.)

Here's BBK

Not as frosty or dense as Euphoria, or tasty, but effective meds nonetheless. It tastes a little minty... it's a odd flavor, not bad, but not entirely for me... it drives me crazy because there's a HINT of Bubba flavor in there, but only a teasing hint. It's always disappointing haha.. I love bubba so much.

what flavor comes through is a little minty, skunky, and bubba-like at the same time...and then something else that you'd have to try.

This BBK is one of those strains where you know the breeder was thinking they'd get something entirely different out of combining that mother and father than they ended up with. Instead of combining the fruity tang of the Bubba and the skunky hash of the Black Domina in one, they ended up with something that doesn't have any of those characteristics stand out, and is memorable only for its weirdness. This is why I'm phasing this one out of my grow.

But, whatever lol. I'm enjoying this bud still. Its a nice high, with good clarity. Not befuddling like Euphoria.

Now...Euphoria

Smaller buds, but don't be fooled, these are so dense they clog up my grinder. The orangey diesel flavor is less tangy and light, and more dank/earthy than the outdoor Euphoria. I love it just as much haha. The high I think is stronger and more stoney too. I just love this bud haha. It really is special.

Well that's what I've been enjoying lately! I wish you guys could come smell and sample them! (Especially Euphoria)

I was thinking to myself earlier, wow... those buds went through so many problems, but in the end, I still couldn't find the quality of that Euphoria in any dispensary I'm aware of... (I've been to lots of crappy dispensaries... Lots. Only a few really good ones. But they aren't all organic like this I'm sure. Now every time I smoke my friend's weed it doesn't taste or feel right... they buy a lot from this dispensary in northglenn, the green solution. don't get me started on that place's buds.)

and that BBK, I'm so embarassed of growing that stuff, I mean, it was riddled with pests.. but, it still really reminds me of bud I've bought in dispensaries all around CO so many times! I wouldn't have any clue these buds went through mites and mealybugs and were moved indoors and out and stressed all to hell if I'd bought them in a local dispensary, it really makes me think like... wow Idk what was in those buds I smoked for so long, at all. this BBK is easily something me or my dumb friends would have bought at a dispensary, if it weren't too expensive.

Aw hey there Jaga always fun to hear from you. Yeah, dispensaries, idk. They always have buds that are capable of getting you high. But beyond that, I've learned not to assume they all are brilliant growers held to some kind of a laboratory standard. They're just regular people, trying to pay the bills. And some of them cut corners... some of them cut lots >.<
