Its not total a loss mate. If the warranty doesn't cover it ship her my way ill get her back to right and on its way to ya no problem

Thanks for the offer bro I appreciate it Its all good though, im pretty tight with my local grow shop, since my wife is at work with our only car in town 40 min away hes going to lend me a ballast until I can get mine in to him to fix it, its probably just the ignitor thats blown, it still hums but no light.The bulb is brand new so I cant see it being that

I just found it interesting bro, non of those complete systems are available here so if I do go with an ebb and flow style system I will diy it with that same control bucket. Im also looking into undercurrent dwc systems like this one.

that is one badass setup! I really like the system too, but im guessing it would cost me a grand to build a 20 bucket system, probably more with the chiller and huge air pump.

Jon, pm me I got alot of info on DIY RDWC "Under Current" style systems, parts lists companys to order from and so on. Only reason I'm not using the 4 site 18 gallon units plus 18 gallon epicenter is the Line Upgrades the power company is doing, that and I still dont have a filter/ RO system on my well.

I think you could build a sweet 20 site system for under 1K easy.

Sl1ng, is that including a chiller? That's half the cost right there. Maybe in a basement you wouldn't need one? Or does that larger pump heat up the water too much?

Oh ya, the water sits in the room most of the time, so it will heat up. Sorry, mine sits in a res outside the room most of the time.

No not at all, I wish lol. I was just thinking the 20 site with all the seals, pumps and such. Yeah a chiller will add another 500 at least?
Luckily I got a hardly used one for under 100 bucks worth of barter. 1/4 hp.

just when I thought it was safe to put the snowblower away mother nature decides to dump another 30 cm of sleet and snow on us up here in northern Canada.

-13 right now, I guess if I look at the bright side this weather is helping me keep the flower room below 90 degrees just a little longer

The CH9 Jack has decided to turn all of its growing tips completly purple, its the only plant in the room doing it so im not sure whats going on.All the hairs are still white.I flushed her with 12 gallons of ph'd water just in case it was some kind of lockout, Ive never seen a plant do this this early in flower, anybody have any ideas?

Other than that Jack the girls are starting to chunk up nicely and im pleasantly suprised that the led nugs are still just slightly smaller than the hps nugs so far but the next few weeks will really tell the tale because they are going into they're fattening up phase now.Theres not really much to report, they are all doing great, this is definetly my best round since I picked up the led's, I was starting to get worried that I had just blown 6 grand on veg lights
