6 weeks 3 days old. I figure they'll be done in about 6 more weeks?
I kinda want a new a light setup. it would be silly to get a 2 or 4 bulb t5 when im already running higher lumens with cfls, right?
I wonder if I can cool a 150 watt hid with a fan in there?

Imo yes that would be a waste other than runs a tad cooler. I'd go small hps in a cool tube if possible for affordable upgrade. I'm not big on leds(not sold yet).

been looking at the lumens and I think with led it's gonna cost me a lot to get similar lumens at this point in time.
they do have a 150 watt hps with a ballast that I can mount outside the grow area. if I had the 150 watt hid I could grow 2 monsters no lie lol
also gotta learn how to feed properly so I can have pretty leaves lol

Wow for not being some super sativa the one sw is a stretcher. It looks as if the diesel is growing out of the mottled coloration also.

It would cost a bit but it would be a drastic difference or at least it felt that way for me. I use t5 in veg it does a decent job on nodes for drastically less in elect. I ran cfl in flower for a min and wasn't thrilled with the results, don't get me wrong it was good but very little for my effort. Cooled hid would most likely run cooler so less stress on plants. If it's not in the budget no worries( I loved my cfl blu chz) , I'm ridiculously broke at the moment lol and Christmas around the corner blah.

I know most plants we run have the best taste approx a week early (sweeter, cleaner, less heavy), but in my opinion have best effect pushed just slightly over ripe. Maybe he just likes the taste or added heady-ness, video took to long to load I got board its a shame cause I like the gear. That new cross sounds dank.

Hey b.real. Have you ever thought about running a low wattage hps. a 150 watt system wouldn't give out much more heat than your cfl's but quite a bit more light.
Just some food for thought. Can pick up a kit on the net quite cheap

its got me thinking. my plants smell the most about a week before I harvest, but they just don't look ready! then their smell quiets down a bit, then comes back after they dry. the smell really comes out when you break up a bud.
you can see how much food the urine gave them. I think i'll do a light biobizz mix next or maybe their first plain water feeding ever lol.
I cleaned out the grow area today, vacuumed all around. I want to try a 150 watt hps but I don't want to melt the plastic that's on the insulation.
mono, you think I will run similar temps as 9 cfls? it is winter here and the outside is nice and cool. on top of that they're in the basement so its extra cool. I can run 6 cfls with no fan.
