SmokinRasta - Blue Sunset Sherbert (Barney's Farm) & Girl Scout Cookies (Zamnesia)

They are now under 250W MH - thought alreay about switching over to the 400W HPS to give them more light in the last vegi weeks...🤔

They look healthy to me and not super stretched out. I’m not sure about MH lighting it’s been years since I have grown with them. But your plants don’t look like they are asking for more light to me. Though I could be completely wrong there :)

Though I could be completely wrong there :)

You might be right! Thanks for your advice!
...it's almost 10 years for me now too useing this lights 😅

Day after I put 'em into their new air pots I decided to tie the plants down. The one in the upper middle I topped.
Today it looks like they love it!

They were very thirsty too - took almost about 6l water!
I just took tab water with MONO MG, Cannazym and Rhyztonic. Regulated it with Canna PH- PRO to 6,5 PH and had an EC of 0.6

Little update of today before they fell asleep...
Looks like they are all doing well. Day before yesterday I took 'em all out to take a closer look and correct the bendings.
Today I noticed how strong they are, you almost can't see that I bend them down again. - Probably I did it wrong, it's my firt try with trainig besides cutting or fimming.

I just decided to leave them as they are and just do some corrections if necessary. I will keep on feeding them with just water for the next days/ week. Then they will get a last grow nutrient boost and I will switch the lamp to the 400w hps to give 'em more light in the last grow week before changeing the light times.

:lot-o-toke: ... probably I smoked too much... my plan just hold until afternoon that day! 🫣😅

I decided to gave them some Canna Vega Terra, too. So I mixed up 4l and gave 'em a drink over the evening.
The mixture was PH 6.5 and EC 1.2

Today, 24hrs after feeding, you can see the difference already! Looks like they loved it.

Since the first "unplaned" feeding they showed a great grow!
They were already thirsty two days ago... and guess what I did, I fed them again with 4l nutrients and additives (EC 1.2, PH 6.5). They showed a great boost the next day agian! - But I noticed some etiolation.

So I decided yesterday to switch over to my 400w HPS lamp. I will stay for another week with the 18hrs light time. They are now at 35cm hight.

Today they showed a boost again. Looks like they love the new light.
I took off some leafs. They soil is looking thirsty again. But I will wait at least another day until watering again.

Tomorrow I will have to take care about my bug problem. I noticed it already about a week ago, but was to lazy to act... Did you notice the holes and eat brand on some leafs? I got a typical fungus gnat problem.

Yesterday the soil was dry and they were thristy again. So I decided to buy a Neem oil product to fight agaist the bugs.
I mixed up 4l nutes and added 15ml (1.08% Azadirachtin). A few hours later I noticed the soil was dry again. So I mixed up another 4l without Neem oil and gave 'em another drink. - Probabaly they are that thirsty cause of their actual growth.

This morning the plants were looking great as usual. I mixed up 1l water with some Neem oil and when the lights in the box went off, I sprayed it on and under their leafs. I repeated this three times today and sprayed it even on the soil again.

You can almost watch the plants growing from day to day. Probably I will switch them to flower time at the weekend. We'll see...

Three days ago, after feeding them that much I had the feeling to did a mistake and to over-fertilized them.
So I decided to flush 'em with PH and Mg regulated water. I watered them untile I had a run off.

Day before yesterday I took off the lefs that are takeing the light.
I noticed some red dots on the stems and the new leafs were not looking healthy. I thought it might be a light problem, so I raised the lamp.
I stopped watering them too for the next two days.

Yesterday they looked better already.
I cut off some bigger leafs to get more lights to certain spots and took care about a little more humidity in the tent.

Today the Blue Sunset Sherbert are looking way better, the Girl Scout Cookies might need another day to look better too.

Happy Friday!!
😎✌️
Have a great weekend too bro!:Rasta:

They are at almost 50cm/ 19.6"... thats why I thought about setting the light on flower in a few days...

06/22/24

Yesterday evening I decided to raise the humidity and spray water on the plants. I repeated that a few times during light and night time. This morning they were looking way better and the soil was totally dry. So they probably judt showed me that they want to drink more nutes...

When the lights switched on I gave 'em 4l of Canna Terra, Rhizotonic, Cannazym, Mono Mg and added this time Cannaboost, too. I landed with an EC of 1.5 and 6.5 PH.
Both plants on the right cracked the 50/19.6" today. So I just decided to switch over to the 12hrs light period and changed the settings of my timer. They will stop with 16.5hrs tonight and tomorrow we will run with the 12.

***live update for @Ramblinrose1965 ***

The babes were just thirsty!
I hold the humidtity up by sprayind about 1l of Water with Mg in the box and ON the pants! Looks like it helped them and they are looking way better than the last three days before i fed them again.
Soil is almost dryed, so I will probably give them the next Canna shoot tomorrow.
Since today they are in flower light rhythem...

Yesterday I had to feed them again! I switched over with my nute to Canna Veg Phase II (see picture).
I gave them 4l and hand no drain...

While posting this, I just noticed that I used the standard Canna feeding sheet - from tomorrow I will give them the correct shoot for my 0.3 EC water. (If I'm right, the std one is for EC 0.4)

At least the babes are looking great! They do a lot of stretching - especially today! - If I'm not totlly stoned, than they graised about clmost 5cm within 5 hrs, since light went on. I reached 70cm upper right (Blue Sunset Sherbert) while I`m at 45cm bottom left (Girlscout Cookies). - I'm atonished how the one in the upper middle is growing! - That was once the little, not-want-to-grow-plant!

I am totally happy with my nutrients choise! Only thing I have to mention is: the Starter Kit just has a 125ml bottle of Cannazym. Today mine went empty - will order 1l bottle later...

Yesterday I fed 'em with 8l nutes (1.5 EC, 6,45 PH). They took it without showing any drain!
The last days were very hot, so I reached 28/29°C in my tent!

Today when the lights went on I was astonished: They showed a great grow, even the side shoots are comming up great and filled the spots in the tent. The two largest Blue Sunset Sherbert are reaching 80cm/31", while the largest Girl Scout Cookies in the upper left is at 55cm/22".
Crayziest thing: They were thirsty again!!! The soil was totally dryed. I couldn't believe it, but probably it's caused by the temperature and their growth.

I decided to feed them with 4l again and mixed the nutrients. But then I did a mistake with my stoned brain... :Rasta:I tried to regulate the PH down. I landed at 6.2 aand didn't feel well with it, so I wanted to raise it with PH up. I grabbed a bottle and after adding and checking the PH I was shocked! I landed at 5,2!!! - Then I had to realize that I used PH down growth and actually I don't even own any PH up...:lot-o-toke::thumb::thanks:
So I had to use some tab water... landed with 6,5l at 6.4PH and 1.2EC.
They took it all, with just a little drain this time. - but probably it was caused of my watering style. I did't do it as slowly as I use to to do usually.

I' not really sure how I should handle my vacation next week! I will have to leave town for about a week!
Any ideas? - my plan so far is to water them as much as they can take the days before I'm leaving os that they will hopefully survive without me! At least the temperatures will drop about 10° next week.

Man they look great....wish my blue sunset sherbert would get growing. She and the purple punch are runts.

Give 'em time, NUTRIENTS and maybe humidity - thats the way I did it. - I even sprayed some unregulated tab water with MONO Mg on the plants the last weeks. Probably they liked it.
I've never used that much nutrients as far as I can remember (about 10 years ago). I will amost use the whole CANNA Terra Starter Kit, am sure! Have now already to get some more CANNAZYM... - usually I just used fertilizer frome time to time, but on this grow I have to use it continouisly!😱🙆‍♀️

Take a look at the one in the upper middle! This was was the smalest of 'em all, even when I topped her! Honestly I thought I might have killed her to that time, but look what happend - she loved it to get topped! The other loved the training too and developed great side shoots. You can call her a training lover babe - lol

Yesterday I noticed that I had more drain from my last feeding than I thought! I had about 0,3l drain standing in the box.
Today I used the oportunity to take all plants out of the tent. I cleaned up the tent and took care about the drainage in the box.
I took a closer look at ll plants and cut off some leafs/ lollipopped them. A week ago i placed some bug traps in the pots. Looks like I killed 'em all, have almost no bugs on the yellow shields.
When I raised the pots I was astonished about the roots!!! Look how they grew out of the bottom of the pot! It#s almost looking like growing DWC! - Maybe I should use my overflow tub of my tent for feeding the babed during im out of town. The plants have about 2cm space to the bottom in each pot...🤔

I had to feed them too agagin! Gave them 4l of nutes today...

I used it to take you some pictures of the last row: Girl Scout Cookies and 2x Blue Sunset Sherbert. Front: 2x Girl Scout Cookies and Blue Sunset Sherbert.
The roots pic is the Sherbert in the front on the right.
Thee Sherberts show the most roots! On the Cookies you can see 'em too, but they are not that large as the others.

The Cookie in the upper left is now at 70cm/ 27.5" while the Sherbert down right is almost at 1m/ 39"!!!
I will have to get stands for the Cookie ladies tomorrow to get 'em to one hight.

Since monday I had to feed 'em again with a total of 12l nutes!
Yesterday I raised the Girl Scout Cookies to get 'em almost to one hight - not enough, I know, but I got the feeling they are still comming...

The Blue Sunset Sherbert in the first row on the right reached now 110cm/ 43" while the Girl Scout Cookies in the second on the left is at 80cm/ 31.5"!

The Cookies in the first on the left has no flowers yet, like the others have. But she will show 'em the next days. Looks for me like she puts more power in growth. - Probably it is/ was because of the light distance.

Yesterday, shortly after my last post, I couldn't stand the different hights anymore! - so I went crazy!
With my stoned brain I had the idea of supercropping... I did it accidentally alreday at the beginnig to her and she loved it. This "mornig" she looks like she loved it again and it solved my problem...

Today I had to feed 'em with 4l again. - I got some Terra Vega left for another 4l. Then I will switch to the next feeding period and take Terra Flores instead.

During feeding 'em, I accidentally broke off a leaf. After takeing a closer look I realized it's a mutant one! Have you ever seen such a leaf? I have't yet.
