I'm just doing a Drive Bye. Depending on where you are in Oaktown you might have to duck. I lived there for a minute. But where I lived you sure could'nt grow like that. You got a jungle growing there. I was living off 82nd and Mac Arthur Bl. Just wasn't a great place to grow. But I did grow alot in Hayward Hills Area, and right smack atop Altamont Pass. Man that was a great place to grow if you had a place to keep the plants out the wind. We had some of them wind turbines on the ranch and a pole barn that doubled as a greenhouse. Well looks like you are staying busy, you got ALOT of pants fixing to flip into flower. GL and Keepem Green

Thanks Norcaliwood, Its been a busy season of experiments as this is just my 2nd year of growing outdoors. I dipped into my seed stock (hundreds of seeds)and decided to see what would grow best out here. Been thinking of building a greenhouse for the Sativa that I love, they have yet to flower and won't for a while. Its Land Race Peruvian Sativa and it produced two pheno types, both big and bushy, one is a lighter shade of green. The nodes have begun producing branches upon branches, should have taken its late flowering and long flowering into account, got so caught up in building, planning and planting. Did not count on the wonky weather this year, by this time last year my plants (SLH and LUCY) were huge and flowering beautifully, Live and learn.
The Indica doms have all begun to flower, and the Purple Urkle Clones (2)have been harvested as they were "ding fries are done!". Plenty of seeds, and some unseeded flowers too. Not much in the weight category, maybe 1/4 of smoke-able bud. The Blue Dream clone and momma(a clone too, one year old) are flowering nicely.

Just a thought,,,, you know you can make a nice greenhouse using them fiberglass pannels. I used them before and they worked great. I used yellow on the walls to help keep prying eyes out, and frosted white ones on the lid to let max light thru. I miss that growbarn. We put out alot of fine herbs out of it for years. Till the DEA raided us. I had the 35th MMJ card issiued in the state, but I was abit over my limits and they shut us down, least they shut the barn down. I then started growing in the delta islands over by DiscoBay and Brentwood. They you had to watch out for CAMP in their little one man planes they use to take pic's of the Islands. I like Sativa's myself, but up here the weather outside doesn't permit. Unless I start growing some of the 7-8 week sativa's like early sativa from canada. Alot of earlier strains up there. But your in the bay area, you have good growing weather there. GL and Keepem Green

The weather is looking up, should have 15 days or so of clearish weather. That will give me time to build a green house from pallets and plastic sheeting, I have been looking a a few designs and will incorporate what i liked best from them. It may seem like I have posted doubles. The fact is I take many shots and sometimes I cant decide which is better. Could you all let me know? By the by, the buds are looking nice today.

Thanks donpaul.p. The seeds (OMG, Oakland's Medical Ganja)are not available at seed banks, they are my private stock. I hope that one day soon we (everybody) will be able to share seeds and cuttings.. :peace::love::cheesygrinsmiley:

fair enough then mate, it seems getting hold of these is pretty hard when you want good looking plants like that, not to worry mate, im just trying to find a good colourful strain to add to my collection, ive never seen any colourful bud in person, ive only seen the buds on the seed bank sites and on this site, i have got 2 autos growing but i wont be getting much off them, one is auto blueberry and the other is bluematic, both say they show colour late in flower, but im not getting any colour change, not having much look with the purple strains, im sure ill get one sorted sooner or later,

Have you tried lowering the temp during the dark cycle? This might help bring the colors out of most of your plants.
I do hope to be able to offer my "Smoke2Js Magic Seeds" to seed banks, and cuttings at dispensaries, but that's a few years off. I need time to stabilize the strains.

I have been thinking, Cloneville Featuring Blue Planet Nutrients needs a cloning machine. So i did some research and purchased a 64 site aeroponic clone machine, for what I consider a damn good price. I have been eying the Peruvian Sativa, as they have begun to flower, but not so far along that cuttings are out of the question. I also have cuttings from the male Peruvians, in a cup n the sun room. I will pollinate some of the outside ladies, just a few choice beauties, bottom nugs only so the tops will be seedless . I will also be purchasing a 5 led lights from advanced ,the 15 watt spot for $79 blue spectrum, one for the cloner and one for each mother plant, yup I plan on having 4 mother plants, that should give me plenty of good cuttings for BPN to do its magic on in my garden. Next year I plan on doing an outside sea of green/2 liter hempy, timed to be finished in late July early August for the indica doms, and late Sept for the sativa doms, which will need the extra room the Indica ladies leave. It should be awesome a little forest of 64 + colas in the space that two big plants would use, and more yield if all goes as planned.:peace::love::cheesygrinsmiley:
