Well I can say it does work, very well in fact.
Just need to figure how to get a bit more. I may not have heated enough prior to beginning pressure.

When starting your press, once your applied pressure to your bag allow it to warm up for 15-20sec before pressing. This will allow for a good even heat consistency through the bag and product!

Can’t wait to see your squeezes!

First run
7 grams = 0.585 grams

Did first press then folded the filter in half and did it again. Thanks for the tip there @ scrogster

Hopefully I will get better. About to sit and test. Report to come and a few pics.
I always get a nice glob 2nd press.
 
How does the cap increase the hit, i watch the video and it still doesnt make sense
A carb cap increases the hit because it’s reducing the amount of oxygen mixing with the smoke. It also allows the shatter or rosin to be heated in a quicker burst when the cap is on because itsencloing the area
 
Didn't say but that last press was Cheese.

Just finished a 2nd run, Barneys Farm LSD, it is over a yr old but it had a great cure and has been kept in Ball Jars with 62% Boveda packs. Hell I have about a pound of this and it has aged well.

195 degrees long press. And pressed too hard. I made a puck using the Dabpress molder and did not use a filter, 7g's = 0.98g's, so better than the first. And I am typing this after only one nice hit, it's hard. :)

I've only every smoked rosin once. Some strawberry kush I grew back in the day.

Awesome! Using a BTS style for Pressing will help yield more but you need a pressbag to help with blowouts and particles in your end rosin!

Used the plug w/o filter bag. Worked okay.

Going to be looking for new strain that is very resinous!
Any suggestions?
