Shotta happy thanksgiving,
Can you veg in super soil? With correct amounts of super soil/base soil? I wanna veg for a while longer but wanted to plant into final pots.
Your plants looks beautiful coz
Always puts a smile on my face dropping by on your grows. Your a real inspiration on here, so have my greenest vibes sent your way!
High there shotta
I wanted to let you know the bubba og is the dankest plant in my bonus room. I'll get some pics up in a few.
Those pics of the glands are awesome.
Hey tg40 thanks my braddah. Yeah you can veg in supersoil no problem. What size pots are you going to transplant into and how long do you want to veg?
For example. I transplant mine into 5 gallon pots 1/3 to 1/2 super soil in the bottom. My base is a mix of a high quality potting soil and more super soil mixed in like 1 part super soil 2 parts potting soil. this gives it the extra juice for begging em for a couple weeks or so.
I have been recycling my supersoil and i just use my recycled soil for everything now. no base really just a bunch of trashcans full of recycled supersoil re-amanded and left to cook for a couple months. I have about 6 40 gallon cans worth right now or 200 gallons give or take 20 gallons of recycled soil. Now I Just need to make a vermi bin and it could practically be self sustaining.
Im transplanting into 5 gallon smart pots, I plan to veg for another month. I was vegging under a bunch of 26 watt cfl's. It was way to slow for me, I thru them under my 600 watt MH, now they are taking off. I was trying to save money, but I just made the grow slower. Right now I have a 40 gallon rubbish can full of super soil that has been cooking for 31 days. Im excited to get a chance to use it. I will probably transplant today, and will update my journal later. Thanks for the help Brah
Some go as late as the last week.
Tips on using it.
Wait until 2-3 hours lights off to spray it.
When you spray make sure all fans are off, as well as dehumidifier, ac, and anything else.
You can run ac temporarily to killspores inside the unit and the dehum.
Get the room as moist as possible to help the sulfur vapor bond with the leaf surface better. I sprayed everything down really good before I turned it on.
I burned for 8 hours. Use a respirator or hold your breath when you have to go in. or set everything up on timers.
get a green lamp to go in your room at night.
and that is the tips i could give. If you wash your produce you can spray last week I'm sure but I would rather not.
How late are you in dyold?
Looking forward to seeing your progress tg40.
Sounds like a perfect plan. I would save a little bit of supersoil for either topdressing mid flower or incorporating them into your teas.
Loved the trich pics, those are going to get crazy frosty!
That top dressing tip you gave me saved me this grow for sure. I can recommend that for sure. Even pretty far in flower
