I been wanting to run the white for a hot minute! One of these days...I'm in the P pretty often...kickin it up in that little Bavarian town in Washington for the summer if you find yourself up this way, also....thanks for the props man but I'm over here combing through your stuff looking for tips haha! Love the 420 atmosphere over all the forums I roll on. So much support and respect always. 100! Can't wait to see some cured nug shots!
Congrats on the harvest brother! That strawberries and cream is a beauty. Love the trich shots.
+reps brother. Very nice job my dude. Killer report on some killer bud.
Hugs from mine to yours.
drc..I wash my buds in about 75-80F and rinsed in cool 50sF (using lemon juice and baking soda like Doc Bud )
like in nature...
Im not trying to blanch 'em.
SnC looks to die for. Thanks for the awesome journal drc. reps+ my friend. I'm looking forward to following your Budmaster grow.
Beautiful S&C bud pics, love the colors. :well done: Excellent smoke & munchie reports. I'm well known at 2 nearby bakeries.
I missed the boat, but I'm loving what I see! At least I'll be around for the finish and your next round.
SnC looks amazing!
Hey there Doc - reps and congrats on your harvest and early smoke report.. fantastic home run, colors are fantastic... plants look beautiful all the way to the end. I wish you many many more harvests.
Step back away from the cream sickles and save a few for me brother.. man they are one of my favorite munchie foods specially on a hot summer day...they make em raspberry and orange/raspberry swirl here in my parts too! Can get em from the local weed errr Ice Cream Truck. hahaha
Send me an invite to your new journal when you get it going please?

drc, I finish with a rinse with cooler H2O than the start..
Has anyone noticed oily liquid on your buds at end of daily light cycle. It seems my oil is heating up and pooling in a few spots. I'll get some shots in am. My Temps are under 79 but 400 watt MH bulb is under 8 inches from top buds. I do not feel any heat stress on back of hand but my leafs that were frosty are no longer frosty. Any thoughts?
Cheers

Do you notice that the first buckets water is pale green when you're done with a plant? That's what mine does. Seems to wash some chlorophyll out. I used a little extra baking soda and lemon juice though. Rather that than the peroxide. I had PM though. So needed to make the contents of the first bucket quite caustic.

[h=1]Guttation[/h]
The loss of extra water in liquid drops from margins of leaves of herbaceous plants when root pressure is high and transpiration is low.
- This process is very common during warm humid nights.
- This process occurs in plants growing in high soil moisture.
- It occurs through specialised pores called hydathodes present near the vein endings.
Awesome, makes sense now, most all fans are gone and I could see how this works.
Cheers

Non to shabby my friend
Now that I know what to look for I've seen it more. When I trim off fans it seems to happen more. I'm told that's how you burn your leaf tips after giving ferts. When your plant deposit water on leaf tip full of nutes water evaporates and leaves the salts from your nutes and those salts are what burns your tips.I haven't noticed that. The water is pretty much just clean water with some small leaves that come off. I use a foliar IPM 2x a week that really seems to clean the buds like a good rain. I do like the idea of waking because of the foliar feeding I do. If I didn't do so much foliar feeding, I don't think I'd wash at all. The buds sure do seem to dry out more evenly after washing.
Very cool discussion. I've never witnessed this myself but I could definitely see this happening in the PNW. Specially with the hot days and high humidity we've had lately.
Killer grow brother, that S&C looked amazing. I could use the munchies at times, and so she might be an 8 for me - thanks for that detailed report. I have the Cough in the SSD now, and I'm wondering if she'll send me to the hunger games as well. She has that ammonia cat pee berry smell too.
Can't wait for the next one, drop that link brother

Oh I love bubble gum smell in flowering, one of my Ultra Dogs last season had it very strong by the end. Typically it will transform into something else in curing
