Shadowman's First Grow

I just got caught up here. Subbed and all in! What a great journal. I dig what you've got going on.

I am a first time grower as well and am rocking a 3x5x6 in the basement too. I started out at around the beginning of April. Maybe we can bounce some ideas around as we go.

Give my journal a look sometime and happy growing!

Cheers!

Welcom Obi Wan, Thanks for coming by, you're welcome anytime you want. We can talk shop or shoot sh_t. I'll check out your grow also. Jump in the conversation whenever you like or just read and absorb. There are a lot of experienced growers that help me and will help you too. Good luck with your girls, I hope you grow a ton!

Can I watch please?

Here are some Close ups of new leaf growth(second set). They're finally starting to progress. I did notice some of the yellow is due to lighting when I take photos. I have to put light directly on the plant otherwise they turn out too dark. Due to the fact that my tent is in the basement and it is shielded from all light with black 4mil plastic sheeting on ceiling and all walls.

I was so glad to see these this morning. They've gained growth in a matter of 12 hours.

Lookin' good, shadowman. Their growth will accelerate with every millimeter of new leaf. The growth speed seems to double then double again and on and on it goes. Suddenly you will ponder if you have enough room. It's really pretty amazing :)

The hardest part right now is doing nothing!

The seedlings looking green and happy. 7 day count down transplanting out of cups. You all have a nice weekend if I do not get to talk to any of you. Keep it growing green. RoorRip:passitleft:

Things are going good here just picking my next round of clones! I got a nice comfy chair ready so I will sit back and enjoy the ride.

Looking good ...you've probably already posted this once, just wondering how often you are watering her.

Do you know where does everyone get the cute little smilies.?

Hey granny, thank you, I've only watered twice, once when I planted the sprouts and the 2nd time 2 days ago. The soil holds a lot of moisture. The smilies come from the reply box, when you reply to a thread look for the yellow smiley face, click and a drop down menu will give you about 5 options, then you'll see a tab that offers MORE, click that and you'll get about 30 more to choose from. Thanks for stopping in and always "Keep the green side up!"

Ok i will tell you my secret on what to do for that 11hrs and 45 mis of darkness. Go get the glow in the dark green stars and moons stickers and put them on the roof of tent. Then you can lay in there and look at the star's and smell the sweetness. SHHH do tell anybody else the secret.

I think I'm going to have the same problem. Right now, I spend every available second in my tent. Might as well hang a hammock in there!! I read that you can enter the tent when the ladies are in darkness as long as you use a green light. Is that true?

Wazzup Cannabis 1, that's what I understand also, haven't heard anything to the contrary. I found a headband LED Green light online, about $15.00 USD. I'll post the picture.
