I seen that same stuff at my store! I went with whats in the picture for mine.... like i said im on a budget too and that coco is for my next grow when i use my higher quality seeds i have set aside for my second grow

Im no pro but if it already has nutrients i wouldnt add more for a good while.... or you might burn your plant.

That's hot enough, just water with ph adjusted. Don't add anymore nutrients until your ready to flower.

Just kinda wiggle er out of the crappy soil and hold it at rim height on the new one and fill er up?
You can turn the pot upside down and support the plant as you pull it out of the pot.
