You've gotta be careful and drink plenty of water and keep up on salt intake as well in the heat. I work at a rubber plant and inside it gets up to 125+ degrees. We just had a few temps up like 106, and inside it got almost 140 and we had a guy start seizing from heat stroke.
You don't realize when you are working away, trying to get the job done, then you realized you missed the signs. I'll be changing my drinking habits a bit as I got a bunch of PwrAde and Gator, err sorry Crocodileade. Contains the sodium as you speak about. I've worked outdoors in Phoenix for several weeks and learned then how to take care of your body in heat. Sometimes you need to get the job done and it's easy to get overtaken.
