SanibelGreen's LED/Bubbletronics Grow (1st)

Thanks man but I think I may have pin pointed the defficincy, spent a good couple of hrs at work ( computer tech) also checking the horror story forum with all the problems listed and from what I saw it might be a lack of magneisium so I am going to folar feed with some Epsom water and add some to the tanks as well one guys said one tbl spoon per gal, so some verification on that would be great, side note roots are still snow white and look amazing, they continue to flourish as the top which you see hasn't , ty for the prayers

Yeh Epson salts work almost overnight for me Sanibel. In my case these leaves literally twisted and almost went around the stalk! 2 days after the epson salts in the tank and they started to straighten back out.
My notes say 1 tablespoon per gal on Epson for the tank/bucket.

Hey SG are you doing any foliar feeding? if so what are you spraying with, weak nute solution, epson salt solution? I read on a different site about foliar feeding epsom salts for a faster turn-around but it was very unclear.

Ya doing the salt spray spray once or twice every 4 days, they say not real heavy on the salt but i did like 1/8 tablespoon in a full spray bottle so not a lot, and sprayed them this morn so we will see what its looking like tonight, obvious difference from last night adding the salt to this morning 7 hrs with the salt. I am taking it easy however because my worst fear is getting into lockout with the plants.

Well here are tonight's pics, they are looking a lot better believe it or not. Leaves are standing up now on most plants with skinnier leaves.I am wondering if I should cut the dead branches or what should i do? Any other advice? All help is welcome! Ph was 5.9 at bed time.

I take a long thin metal stir rod my wife has, and crunch it up on the bottom of the jug with a poking motion....crushes it up to help it dissolve faster.

I shook each jug for twenty minutes lol, from what I saw in the jug after that it was all dissolved. The plant in the front of a couple pics with bad fan leaves was the first to do this, but the roots are out of control on it as are a lot of others, slow recovery I guess?

Lookin good man, glad to see they're bouncing back. you will probably lose some of the really yellowed leaves but the new growth looks great. Thanks for the advice on epsom salts. Added 1 tablespoon per 2 gallons to my res around 6 and they are now looking wonderful. The bad leaves havent got any better but at least they're not worse and the new growth has gone back to exploding. I cant thank you enough!

What strain are these btw?? blue cheese clones?
NM i must have read past it the first few times i read your thread. Goodluck with the little ladies

Ya man I am starting to see that, however one of the new fan leaves is yellow tipping so I added a low doe of nutes to the tubes my guess is start feeding since all they were eating was Mg for the past couple days, leaves are now fan like and lifted. Pic tonight or here shortly.

As of Saturday Night, Fed a little nutes to them and took a little rest on the Mg. Been misting and Ph has been steady.

Friend if you have spider mites and you see white spots from the baby spider mites sucking the juices from under the leaf's you better act fast! there are egg's and in under 5 day's they will explode all over your grow,

Take your 30x scope find a leaf turn it over if the leaf has a bunch of little things on the underside have a look you'll see there egg's 100's of them and most likely on most the leaf's look at the one's nearer the bottom of the plant that's where they will start.

Humidity will not do anything but slow them dowm, cooler temps ie; 65 degrees will slow them down and will not kill them they just will hibernate, then when it heats up again they will explode all over again, if only one plant get it out before it spreads to the others, hotstips from what I herd well work, there is a solutions to make a spray thatsuppose to last 30 days, but whet ever you do you need to act and not react, because at the end when buds are developed they get in to those and then all is lost they well ruin your buds once they get into them, I know! these little f'ers are impossible to get rid off once they take over your grow area.

I have tried just about everything with the acception of the hotstrips and the 30 day solution which both can not be used during the flowering and bud cycle.

Good luck let me know how it goes.

Doctor Who:smokin:

Thank you for the advice doctor, just that it is real frustrating because now within the last couple hours all plants with new growth are starting to get lil black spots or splashes on the leaves then classic looking mg def again I don't know if it us calcium now or what I have tried so many things and now the mites, I'll try to keep it together guessing my roomates dog brought three bastards into my room :(

Tried a homemade solution that my friend uses will see how it works I am starting to believe all were infected because seven had eggs aka white little globes all over leaves. Roots system continues to flourish.

It may not be to late the nutrient problem is an easy fix, clear your tank and start over at 1/4 nutes and give it a few days before you increase your nutes up, the mites if you wash the leaves both back and top with a light soapy water with a cloth or something! then get a good treatment spray them, clean everything else with some kind of disinfectant but you need to starilize as much as possible then keep an eye on it every day, the egg's hatch every 5 days, but you also need to kill the queens that are roaming around on the plant to! they are bigger an can be seen with out a scope, little black dot's that move very slowly, but move they do, they can ruin the end result's of a grow if allowed to infest during budding, the bud's will be unsmokable.

Much luck friend.
