That DEFINITELY looks like light burn to me ...but wait for C5 to be sure...but i would back them up quite a bit..or get direct airflow pushing the heat from the light up away from the plants..i see that the fans are above the lights right now which could be forcing the heat downward
I would guess MOISTURE STRESS from the FANS blowing on them too strongly, but that is just a guess. IF the fans are blowing right on them, then change the fans to blowing OVER them, and nto on them. They look like they need some HUMIDITY, a MISTING would help them.
That was just a guess, SanibelGreen. I've sen pics that were blown too hard by a fan, and yours reminded me of those pics.
man looks like some sort of deficiency ? heres a link that may help if it is Cannabis Plant and Pest Problem Solver - Pictorial
Maybe too much light? That could be it. I shocked the you know what out of two youngsters with too much light and heat. Fans could be it or the second part of it. When they are that young fans should only be for air circulation IMO. When they get around 6"-8" then introduce a little breeze so they sway a bit. Just like someone who hits the gym for the first time...baby steps on the resistance.
Hope they come back well for you man! Good luck!
Sanibel,
I had the same thing happen and then followed by some bleaching spots as well. Of course being new I could not tell heads from tails.
The crinkled leaves were from either the plants touching the light from me lifting the lid up to take samples or it was hot air, my light reflector which was accidently directing air down on top of the plant pretty hard.
And of course the yellowing was a deficiency. I never pinpointed it directly but did as you, drained and replenished. Everything has recouped nicely. Not much help I know, but ya' have my support and prayers for your greenage.
looks like were having some similar problems, hopefully we can combine our efforts and come up with a solution. Let me know how the epsom salts are working
