you know sometimes I let those popcorn buds just dry on the plant till the dirt goes dry. you would be suprised how those little nugs can treat you

looking good buddy, don't they look so much prettier lollipopped after I did mine my buds fox tailed like crazy, they didn't want to stop growing, I had to force them too, rare occurrence with this hobby! I found it didn't stress my plants at all, they had a growth spurt if anything, I took off every leaf except the big fans/little leaves between my buds.

Yeah I am prepared to give my estimated dry weight now that I can see a lot more of what is going on..... I come in with a guess of 49.6 .grams. I hope I am close. We will know in 2 weeks.

Did you super crop a couple of your branches? Looks like your biggest buds are super cropped branches. I'd say you'll get two ounces dry most likely

Yeah there were a couple branches that did get supercropped. It was an accident at the time but looks like it paid off.

After super cropping all three plants from my first harvest with incredible results, I'm almost positive every plant I grow from now on will be super cropped, I've began super cropping on my current clones and hoping they will produce me some nice fat tops buds just like last grow, keep up the good work, your almost there

Thanks for the positive vibes. I feel like I have been stumbling along the way but I am happy so far with how it is turning out.

Agree with Jimmy bra... Thats why im doing mine now , even tho im doing mine also a little late, but as she s stretched and grown since start of flower - ive had to assess the bud sites that are likely to be the best producers, and make way for them by taking some large 11 finger fan leaves.. I dont like this much, but its necessary i feel due to the size and lack of space each day!! If i didnt remove them, id have smaller bud shoots that would of had to push their way thru them massive fans! After taking em off, the shoots under them have flourished, so ill have to wait a few more weeks to see what i space i have left for the remaining shoots and tether them again and again..
So if you had trimmed her hard like i am atm, few weeks ago, the buds would have gotten a little more chance to swell or increase size some more, but in the last week, most buds will be at what size they will when harvested basically. They may still grow some more now theres some more light but longer period may have given ya a bit larger buds.. At the end of the day, long as you get some nice smoke youre happy with - thats all that matters..
But if you intend on lolly popping nxt time, usually i see pretty much ALL leaves stripped off, and usually just before flower, or just into flower during stretch.. Each person may vary a little.. I DO NOT LIKE TAKING ALL LARGE FANS OFF, Or too many smaller ones.
IT kind of sounds Hypocritical me saying this, as i now have a pile leaf off Cindy probably half a pound in weight!!
But these leaves IMO do affect strength or quality of the buds, as some plants ive grown - the leaves left alone, usually have a strong scent to them when you touch em, and as they produce the sugars and such for the plant it kind of makes me think that taking em all would quite possibly reduce quality. Cindy s large leaves do have a scent when cut n handled, tho not as strong as some plants ive grown, not sure if this is due to me removing some or its just her?
Anyways, i hope that you do get some increase in the size of ur buds And that they get ya high as a kite!! What are the trichs like on most buds?? Are you going for a good amber color? TAKE IT EASY PAL, cHAT SOON... Smokemup

I am going for 15-20% amber.I am really close now.

Yeah that is what I plan on going for too.

15-25% for the sativas and like 55-75% for the indicas.

I figured going for the higher CBD in the indicas would really make them knock you on your ass. Then the lower ambers in the sativas will help keep it head high.

Yeah my next strain will be GDP. More ambers at the finish on that one. I am going to go for 40-50%.

Yeah that is how I figured a week left they are between 5-10% now. I am starting to check twice a day.

lollypoping isnt just a random trim till it looks like alolly pop, its a method of growing where you prevent any side buds forming causing the entire plant to focus on one single massive cola, its pretty, but not necisarily likely to produce the biggest yeild.
