Yup! I'm about to try it for myself with my White Widow auto grow, thanks to Rifleman's tests here. I'm looking forward to not fussing with the pH at all!

My next grow starts in early April and I'm going organic in Autopots so pH becomes a mute point. The coco will have all the nutes and my reservoir will be plain water. Couple that with two Sweet Seeds Dark Devils and I will hopefully have the laziest grow of my life.
It is nice having all of his data here on that very strain, but it will be a challenge to come near his totals.

Try Remo instead of AN. The AN leaves so much more salts it isn't even close in my mind anymore.

It's good to know my OCD is helping someone. I have no doubt you can match my DDA Hemi. Especially with the Lazy Grower Style and magical hockey puck fertilizer.

Could I switch to remo mid grow? I'm getting to the bottom of my one liter nute bottles. I have one gallon bottles already. Should I just run with it or switch?

I've switched mid grow without problems before. If you know where your original nutrients are ppm wise when mixed, you can use that number and by mixing and checking the new nutrients, come up with a new recipe that comes close in ppm and your plants won't miss a beat.

I appreciate the kind words but with the way you have DWC dialed in I think that might be difficult. But we shall see how Dark Devils like those magical hockey puck "organic" fertilizer. I am sure they will like the autopots, hopefully they will like the BioTabs too.I have no doubt you can match my DDA Hemi. Especially with the Lazy Grower Style and magical hockey puck fertilizer.
My LGS every plant starts to grow in tune with it.

No, all are not the same. Read the recommended dosage of your old nutrients, take into account how much you actually use and the ppm. Then look at the new nutrient label, take a stab at what you think the proper ratio should be, mix it up and measure. I make it easy for myself and use quart and liter interchangeably when I mix. 1ml per L on the bottle becomes 1ml per quart when mixing, or 4ml per gallon, and so on. That's the American version of the metric system.
After a while it just comes second nature, you get the feel of growing and winging it is easier than over thinking it.
I've heard good things about both the autopots and the biotabs, combined with the dda you'll have some killer herb. Be sure to remind me when the grow starts. I kinda suffer from short term memory loss.

I'm just glad I got my BioTabs starter kit when I did, because they seem to be having problems with customs now. Hopefully they get it sorted soon. I want to get enough for an outdoor grow. I will tag you when I start that grow. Should be dropping seeds directly in coco in another week or two.

No I got them from the creator in Spain. Yea, nothing like seeing your FedEx person coming at you with this big box with about 10 MSDS sheets in a pouch on the packaging, custom stamps all over everywhere. And he's all excited cause it came all the way from Spain. The roots will darken, they always do. It's only day 40. I have a theory it is due to the left over salts from the AN. I'll be taking weekly photos to compare the difference between the AN and Remo.

I was looking around the other day and came to the decision it would be nearly impossible to sanitize my home of my gardening items. Gave me a slight queasy feeling, but then I said WTF.
Yea, I thought about it one time and I'm dead meat if I ever get discovered. Usually have a pound of trim in the freezer, a pound in mason jars in the fruit cellar, 3 tents, 4 lights, and lots and lots of paraphernalia. There will be at least five or six misdemeanors and then they will slap me with cultivation with intent to distribute with up to five years per plant. Of course a good lawyer could get it all pleaded down to misdemeanors but in the meantime I lose everything. WTF am I doing?
Oh well, without risk there is no reward.
I won't live peacefully in a world where the freedom to use weed is held hostage by outdated laws and prejudice...

When you look at it that way, it's kind of cool. Besides, I find it hard to imagine a judge throwing the book at someone for small-time cultivation in this day and age. However, with that said, I have carefully documented the chronic pain in my hurt foot with multiple doctor visits over multiple years. If I ever get popped I plan to assert an "affirmative defense" as spelled out in the law of my state, which allows special dispensation for cases where someone grows for personal medical use even though its illegal. I don't sell the weed, so nobody will ever testify in court that I was their dealer and that makes a difference obviously. In non-legal states, if you routinely sell what you grow you are taking the biggest chance because you couldn't make the case it's all for you.

Good news from The Roost, the stretch is finally slowing. After a week of two inch plus growth daily the JK girls are slowing, but not nearly as much as the Devil's Crack. They only put on a quarter of an inch each last night.

High res temps. Hydroguard and Z7 really does the trick huh? Mine are creeping on 74f by the end of the day. That's only with one 1000w mh. I'll have two 1000w hps in flower. All I'm using ATM is great white. I can use enzymes with beni bacteria right? Should I use it now or wait?
Any enzyme better than the other?
