Not my thread but I'll say welcome bro. Looks like you're on your way.

Looks to me like an auto, maybe 5 or 6 weeks along and LST'd out a bit. If so seems on track. (If it's a photo you need some help dude :laughtwo:)

Hard to tell from one picture but for a 300 that light seems awfully far away. Bet you could drop it a bunch and get a lot more density. I keep 300's within 18 inches of seedlings.

Rock on.

Peace, Hyena

If you can check out my new post on journals in progress I just uploaded pics . It's not a auto but it had a bad start my original light broke and had to use 100w cfl bulbs for 2 weeks in veg which freaked it out. I did a lot of topping and tried a scrog but i cut it out of it .

Well buddy like I said one photo can be deceiving. That little gal looks like she has survived a lot. But this isn't something you just fall out of bed and do perfectly. Every grow is a major learning experience.

If you get ANYTHING the first time or two you did great in my opinion. :thumb: Read a lot of people's journals everything is there.

Keep it up

Peace, Hyena

Exactly. I'm going to try 3 the next time and stick them in a scrog . I'm really considering the strain critical soma. Looks interesting. This kandy kush smells like no wees iv ever has its soo sweet .

Hard to tell from the one photo, but she does have a nice spread. Good job so far, and :welcome: to The Roost Irish. Glad you found your way in. Sit down and relax. Don't worry about the dog, he doesn't bite.

I appreciate you watching the door Hyena. :biglaugh: I'm getting kind of old so I disappear for a nap from time to time.

Good advice. I still read the faq and different journals daily, in hopes of learning something that will benefit the harvest. :)

Try growing Sweet Seeds Dark Devil Auto. No filter needed. Sweet smelling like a Spring day full of flowers. Very unlike the six shooters I just harvested. They are in a room without a filter and I'm afraid for anyone to come near the house. Yes, they are that loud in the stank department. I even spread mothballs around the outside of the house to mask it just in case. Told the mail carrier the coons have been crapping in the flowerbeds.

You got it ! It's that day again... AutoUltimate Suuuuuuuuuunday ! It is Day 100, and they are scheduled for a water change. I do believe it might be time to begin the flush. All trichomes are standing tall and cloudy like Mt Everest. No amber but that isn't unusual for my grows.

Took this shot last night right after lights out. Makes my mouth water. :) That must mean it's time for a Waffle House run. Catch y'all later. :peace:

Holy jumping Jesus Palominos! Thank the Lord for those beauties!! Made my mouth water too.

Dark Devils 3 & 4 have outgrown their sisters. They added 1.25 and 1 inch respectively in the last 24 hours and are now 25.5 and 27 inches. :) They are also drinking about a gallon per day.

I've had to double up on the calmag, 1 & 2 are showing the telling spots of a deficiency. They're getting 3ml per gallon when the reservoir is refreshed, and 6ml per gallon when being topped off.

I know it is Autoultimate Sunday but here is a shot of the 4x4, stuffed with dark goodness. Be sure to check back, there's going to be some jarring, final weights, and maybe some more chopping later in the week. :high-five: Once all that is done there will be some Short Stuff beans dropped, and an undetermined strain to go along side. :dreamy:

... unless you're holding food, then only inadvertently.... but watch yur digits!

In his defense Roscoe is old and his eyes aren't what they once were. Then again he has never tasted a thing he has eaten either. Just like a great white shark it goes straight down the gullet. If you're not quick enough you should just drop it on the floor, he'll find it and even clean the floor.

It's not that end you have to worry about with Roscoe.

OMG ! Now that's a hoot Hemi ! Roscoe claims it was you last time. :biglaugh: He said he is going to wet on your leg when you aren't looking as revenge for blaming him, so next time you come by be sure to wear your waders.:rofl:

That durn mutt, he crop dusted me last time I was around and I know the aroma of my own crop dusting and it certainly was not mine. Just warn him, piss on me and I will reciprocate. :biglaugh:

Harvest Day Results

The six shooters trimmings have been cut and drying for four days. 70 to 73 deg and 35 to 38% humidity. Crisp ? Slightly. :thedoubletake: Final trim, weighing, and jarring in an 8L cVault this morning. The digital hygrometer is in the mix and will get checked in four or five hours but I'm expecting it to come in low. Good thing I have several new Boveda packs. :)

Final weights you ask ? Happy to oblige. :) I was slightly disappointed but will get over it soon enough, the AU chopping is coming up. :biglaugh:

Drum Roll Please...:tommy::tommy::tommy:

SS1... 184g or 6.6oz

SS2... 140g or 5 oz

That's a total of 324g or 11.6oz. There was also 56g of sugar trim. :riskybusiness:

On a side note this was the first time I used a drying screen instead of hanging with coat hangers and clothes pins. It's a little large at 36" diameter but worked well and was a heck of a lot easier. If you have the space I recommend giving one a try.

I would take that harvest anytime. Looks like you got an average of about 21% return on your wet weights. I also use a drying screen on my larger harvests. It has 8 screens about 36" in diameter and can come in very handy. Mine also folds up to almost nothing, easy for storage.

What to do, what to do? Got some new beans today, Mephisto Toofless Alien and Terrestrial Cheesus Dragon (reg autos). Still waiting on the Short Stuff Jedi Kush. Have a slew of other beans in storage too. With four buckets empty by this time next week a decision must be made.

Since I'm not good at making choices like this, I'm going to let Roscoe decide. When the time comes I'll lay out what seeds I'm considering, and which ever the fat boy flops his butt on will be it. Place your bets now. Will it be; Barney's, RQS, Mephisto, DP, Sweet Seeds ? No one but Roscoe knows.
