Good point Tead, cannabis is an accumulator plant and would absorb the lead. Waaaaaay back when gasoline still had lead additives I was warned not to plant near roads where exhaust could get to them. You did know gasoline used to be leaded? Please tell me there are other old farts who remember that? :)
 
What does one do if they have been awake nearly all night with butterflies in their stomach? If you're living at The Roost you go mix up three gallons of 1/2 dosage nutrient soup and feed some thirsty girls. Then as you sit back and roll the first one of the day you get to thinking..."Is BK big enough to back build on the buds?" :hmmmm: WTH, back into the tent for a furious ten minutes before lights out with the scissors in hand. I lost count after fifty separate buds cut. I started up top, worked around each side, then down the stems toward the main stalk.Oh the humanity, No Bud was safe ! I really shouldn't operate sharp instruments when high. :) Looking at the clippings it appears I might have been too enthusiastic. Meh, can't change it now.

Well done mate on winning POTM mate...there were lots of beautiful plants as well (including mine obviously lol!). Yours was a bit special though. Yep, that's going over like a loud wet fart in Church. I'm looking forward to the new light. I'm not sure if I'll let it replace my hps, supplement it, or start another garden in another room. Decisions, decisions. :) Thanks for your support OG.

WOW what part of the "Bible Belt" do you live in? Out here in "Sin City" Oregon a loud wet fart in church is usually a bad thing. You do not belong to one of those churches that believe in "talking in tongues" or in this case talking out your butt do you? :rofl:

Start another grow in the kitchen, I am sure the wife will enjoy having house plants to enjoy while cooking :)

You're a funny man. My wife hasn't cooked a meal in over 20 years now. :rofl:
Believe it or not there are still churches around here where they do speak in tounges, AND handle snakes. My spirituality is a tad bit more reserved, solemn, and less dangerous. :)

So I was quite concerned about whAt you said so I did some research and found a great article! If you don't wanna read it, it basically says no lead is used for solder because of preasure. It s absolutly safe and falls way below regulatory water test standards.

You mean like when it was .23 cents a gallon and ya still had to scrape up enough money to fill the tank :-)

I have a '68 Buick Skylark (white over red) sitting in a barn being watched over by my cousin. Grew up driving it. Someday I'll get back to her.

Mine was a 68" Camero (Canary Yellow) $2,350 included tax, title, plates, and a full tank of gas.
 
67 white Ford Fairlaine. Loved it until the frame rusted in half! Then a 77 nova 350 4BBL. Miss the old V8s! Pass anything but a gas station.
 
Nothing like a little shrubbery Rifleman. A bud in the hand is worth two in the bush.
