Yes, it has been fun playing with the "Spider" and will be pleased with my results.

The buddage is fat and heavy. Not as thick as I would have hoped but I don't feel like it has anything to do with the "Spider". My bondage gurl went thru a long veg period and constant defol.

Yep....LOL.

Res change out tomorrow evening and chop next weekend. Which means hot water on Wednesday or Thursday.

The high from the popcorn is very, very nice so I need to make a decision sooner than later. If she shows some sign of a last effort then I may forgo it a bit before the hot water....but just a bit.
 
I think it helps to dry the plant out a little, but what the hell do I know.

"Hot Water Cure"....

I tried it last grow and was very successful with it so I thought I would go at it again.

Wish the hell I could remember who turned me on to it but it was someone here on 420.

In a nut shell....don't change anything with nutrients and res change out. When you think it's time to chop. Drain the res for the last time and refill it with boiling hot water. 3 days and chop.

She was already shocked and killed with the initial pouring and now has a 3 day cure on her.

I'm sure there is more to it then that but not much more. As soon as I can i'll figure out where I got it from and refresh my memory....LOL. That's a battle in itself....LOL.
 
It was from the guy who was doing the air injection growing on here and was doing really well! :)

Wasn't it a guy on here named DC or DC420 that did the root boiling? I know I looked into it, just never tried it yet

I Know Right:).....so Renegade..my question for you then is if you dont flush.....just the boilinng water and let sit for three days how does that effedct the taste and harshness with the nutes as if the boiling water kills the roots and ability to uptake water then how do you get the nutrients still left in the buds out:)?.......maybe the hot water does something to neutralize the nutes?......anyway i hope everyone is having a great Shatterday:):Love:

Worth the read if your curious and worth a try cause it worked.

Reputable...now that's funny. I'm a nob like most here. I have the backing of some of the best SME's on 420 so I try and speak only knowledge and truth.

Yea, I remember we were all very hesitant about trying it and I think I made mention in the AG grow that I didn't want to be the first to try it on a large scale but the AG was a perfect test for it so it gave it a go.

Worked as he said and was glad it tried.

And yes, we'll do it again this go round.

Chopped up his step by step so here it goes...
