Hey guys sorry I haven't posted or responded in a few, been pretty stressed out the last couple weeks, about work more than anything believe it or not. Not so much a lack of work, but rather an overload of responsibility and some guy named Murphy....You all may know of him. But alas all is as its supposed to be, and could be much worse so, I shan't complain!!

Thank you X, and Spike once again for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers, they truely mean so much to me, and will mean the world to my mom too. You all are an amazing bunch of people, with great hearts and loving souls

I promise to have a picture update soon, the girls are looking great, showing sex, and making me impatient!! Been making some incredible edibles as well, and will post the latest on those....See you all soon!

Ok boys n girls, heres the latest from Q's Corner.

Yesterday I decided, that this SSH grow is going to turn down a notch. I know its not as exciting, but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with work and a few other things lately, so I need to turn the volume down just a tad. I had plans to clone the crap out of these SSH clones, and a whole mess of other things that require slightly more attention than I feel I have ATM....

So what I've done is simply transplant 1 plant into a 5 gallon Homer bucket, and she will have the usual "Corner" all to herself. The other, slightly more vigorous girl, will get topped once, and that top will go to a friend who I've kinda been carying for the last year. (He hasn't had to pay for meds in a year)

The topping will not only provide a useful clone to a friend, but manage height in the small tent. I think I'll flip 12s this weekend, and just kick this grow into fast forward.

Here ar the latest pics of the two SSH clones @ 27 days from having gone into the bubble cloner....

They're a picture of health and, again, my hat is off to FFOF...You cant eff this stuff up. Some say its a little hot, and that may be the case for seedlings. But if your plant has roots, and your water is kosher, you SHOULD NOT HAVE any issues with it. I went straight soil this time, no perlite.
Funny thing happened during transplanting though. I looked down inside the bag of soil and found this....

Its a root obviously, but I had churned the stuff with my hands and wasn't able to find what was growing! All I know is I had better not find a damned dandilion in my closet a week from now!!


I decided on a 5 gal for this transplant, so that I'm able to see what the increase in root mass amounts to in the end, while leaving the other girl in a 2 gal. So the experimentation hasn't ceased alltogether. I couldn't justify 20 bucks for a water heater pan, so I just used one of my old 3 gal drainage bottoms, and added holes to the bottom of the bucket....

The roots on this thing were incredible after only 2 weeks in soil!!

Both plants are showing sex after a total of less than a month here; Granted, they were taken from a mom that was already staggered in her nodes soooo.....Not sure of the relavence...

I still have yet to feed, as FFOF is chalk full o goodies and these girls are telling me theyre happy as hell, and I've only had to water once. I'm sure their needs will increase in the coming weeks, But for now I'm not going to complain about a woman thats LOW maintainance!! Lol.
Anyway, I'll still pollinate one of the plants with my NL pollen from last grow, so that will be something to watch at least. I'm personally very excited to see how much running 5 gallons of soil compares to 2 or 3.

My friend, I'm afraid that it IS a prerequisite of our friendship that you wear socks. You may however wear slippers, booties, or any variation thereof. Except those sox with the toes built in, those things freak me out. And as far as the real world goes, you're right, what was I thinking. Anyplace is fine as long as we're enjoying the fruits of our labor!

Quix - first, about the friend comment. Pretty cool and I agree whole-heartedly.

Second, I'm a 50/50 sock guy - I like it both ways, no socks in the summer, heavy warm socks in the winter. I hate having cold feet, literally speaking.
