Since this is pertinent to my thread, I am answering
@Phillybonker here:
Gotcha. There are lots of sativas that are bud rot resistant. If you are OK with a long season one, there are some choices in the Haze category with large colas (more-or-less "all bud" type plants). The sativa pheno of SBR should be excellent... dunno the flowering time, but probably 8-10 weeks. Durban Poison would be a good bet, and some phenos may be better than others—best to get from a solid source. Humboldt Seed Company's Trainwreck would be a good bet, around 8-9 weeks flowering time. HSC also has a bunch of fast flowering sativas—my best guess on those would be Dream Queen with a 6-7 week flowering time, described as having skunk, pine, orange scent. Dream Queen is S3 seed... "extremely stable." It looks like it's got high pinene. Some phenos may also have significant ocimene. One of the parents of Dream Queen may be a better bet: Green Crack (Skunk #1 x Afghan). Some phenos of Green Crack have terpinolene dominant—that's the golden ticket.
EDIT: Jack Herer deserves a mention... I think a couple known phenos are strongly sativa, while also terpinolene dominant, and with high resin production. Another possible is Dutch Treat (sativa pheno)—some phenos terpinolene dominant, very high in pine terpenes, and very high resin production. One more I forgot to mention: The Slymer cut of Chernobyl, ~60% sativa. High resin production, terpinolene dominant plus pine terps.
