Ok gave the girls a dunk in h2o2, i changed the buckets with RO water and AN sensi plus cal/mag and bennies. I put a 6" airstone in each bucket to introduce more oxygen into the nute solution.
PPM: 370
Water temp: 74
PH: 6.6 (ph perfect so the high ph is fine)
Light: PS1000 30" above tops (will start lowering light soon)

The girls are praying hard, you can see how fast their growing by looking at the heat damage done 2-3 days ago. Back on track now i hope.
