Ill consider h2o2 dunks tmro if it doesnt turn around by tmro. I increased my bennies to combat root rot.

Nothing worse then battling rootrot!Let's hope it didn't get to that extent. I use an airstone in my aero/dwc bucket but wouldn't have thought the deweys to need one. Got enough air pumps?? How many will you have running with deweys and airstones?

I have an eco 3 and an eco 2 to run the 4 buckets and 4 stones, plenty of air. I wished i took pics before i put airlines in the buckets because leaves were limp and laying on the side of the net pot. Now their standing up again so hoping i dodged a bullet. Heres pic i just took.

Pineapple chunk was the worst

Hope adding the extra bennies and oxygen whitens the roots back up.

Couldn't you turn your system into rdwc pennywise? If you can get a cooler place your res into it and fill the void with ice packs or ice. I'm sure it would work. The water wouldn't get too cold because it's recirculating. Just a thought of course

I could yes, ill think of a recirc setup to build. I think that would solve the water temp problem if i get a small rez outside of the tent.

Plants are looking great though pw! Got big. Looks like you caught it pretty early. Hope the brown goes away and doesn't spread. Definitely try bennies only for that as it's not as bad as mine was. When I had the slime in my gsc roots I would change the water frequently like every day or two days I think that helped a lot until I saw improvement and then when I did a maintenance change I would scrub the bucket down while the plants roots Sat in a cup of ro and h2o2. Then I'd rinse the roots well and back into fresh nutes. One didn't make it but the other is kicking strong now. Really hope they continue to improve!

I have temp down to 74 right now, they were well over 80 yesterday.

Thanks BF i have h2o2 ready if i need it. I added a little extra z7 plus voodoo, piranha and tarantula. I may add hydrguard tmro as cheap insurance.

I think its under control for now, ill set the buckets in my flood tray tmro and place a little water in the tray then i can add 1 gallon frozen water jugs to the tray. That should cool off the roots nicely.

Start it for sure, it'll give your plants additional phosphorus for bud production.

Root rot is a bitch. That water temp is so important. Learned my lesson.

I agree that a rez outside the tent will help, although ultimately a water chiller is best. Not best for the pocket, of course.

Unhook 2 airlines and i can pull the bucket for cleaning and rez changes. Ill need to give recirc some thought. Maybe spend an evening on youtube.

What is all this plugged into penny? Careful not to overload breakers. You probably already know this . But just don't want nothing bad happening to ya homie sir. Lol

I just have my light and 2 air pumps running which dont draw a lot of electricity. As far as the recirculation setup it will be 1 small water pump. All the hoses in my tent are air lines.
