One of the best movies of all time.
Ok so I have a 54 and a 20 quart tote I want to start out with.. one big one small. Would 2 lbs of spawn for the 20 and 5 lbs for the 54 quart be good?

420% would agree with those amounts @imtoasted. @Blazinjones looks pretty good to me. Mycelium love gypsum, as long as you have some of the oats coated you'll be good. I usually do a handful of my ground up stuff when I do 10 quarts of grain.

Ok so wen i put the jars in the pc do i do it the same way i wud as if i was canning like with how much water to put in the pc?

You'll want to see what the manufacturer says Blazin, see if you can Google the manual if you dont have it for your pressure cooker. Usually you put in the rack and a few inches of water. I also put in some rings for the lids on the bottom to keep my stuff out of the water.
Imtoasted, this last batch I inoculated I used around 1cc per 1lb bag. My syringes were loaded with spores though.

Ok awesome.. can I use micropore tape instead of polyfil or will the polyfil work better?

Mircopore tape works, still put foil over the top of the lid to keep it from getting wet.

Sweet thanks man getting stuff ordered now hope to get started in the next few weeks. Have a Golden Teacher spore print from neptune I want to try and use then I ordered three syringes pink buffalo, treasure coast and this one called Escondido from Mexico. It says its their favorite cubensis strain and colonizes quickly so I got that one.

Yea im guna have 2 try one out one of these days but for now the Treasure Coast, F+, an Columbian Rust plus my Golden Teachers shud be enuf to start me out lol.

Maybe add a little more like a half inch.. looks like there would still be enough room.

Lol i jus figured they were gud enuf so jus got the foil on so ill jus try it like this my first run lol. I got 12 jars so worse case scenario i jus use an xtra jar or 2 to colonize my substrate so no biggie but yea time 2 pc sum grains an see if i cant get sum new spores 2 take now i got a better/more stable heat source for my jars i wont take as high of risk chance burning n killing the spores like im pretty sure is what happend with my first Golden Teacher jars i tried. Well the 1 is still kicking jus very very slowly lol so im guna hit like 2 more of these small jars with the GT's then the rest will be
My other 3 strains.
I just figured the more spawn you have the better but sounds like you have plenty lol. The heat definitely killed off the mycelium in those two jars.. what will you use as your heating source now?
I was thinking of using an aquarium heater and put my bags in the big tote i want to use with a jug of water for the heater to heat the water which will also heat up the tote. I saw someone incubate regular mushroom spawn that way and it worked very well for him.
