Re: Princess second northern lights grow-all welcome!
That's right, Princess. If you get one seed to germinate and grow to a fair size, you'll be able to clone it. I'm going to be growing some clones in about a week's time, after my current grow is over. I'll let you know when I do it, and you can pop over to see how it turns out.

Found some info on Northern Lights you might find interesting:
Northern Lights is a strain of cannabis which is one of the most potent and highest yielding Pure Indica of Cannabis indica, and is the mother of all the white trichrome strains.
Development
Northern Lights is renowned for its ability to be grown very easily. The strain's reputation also comes from the fact that it has won competitions such as the Cannabis Cup. The #5 strain was first entered into competition 1989 when several seeds were mailed from the U.S.A. to Amsterdam. The strain quickly dominated the Cannabis Cup, winning in 1989, 1998, and again in 2009. It is a cross of Cannabis indica and Cannabis sativa.
Quickly...what comes to mind when you think of the acronym NL? If you came up with "Netherlands" or "Northern Lights," then congratulations to you for hitting the bull's eye. Either answer is correct, and is related to the other. Some say the Northern Lights marijuana strain was first bred in the Netherlands, others say it's originally from the Pacific Northwest. Whatever the origin, what's known for sure is that the Northern Lights strain is one of the most popular there is that's available in Holland's coffeeshops, and among marijuana growers the world over.
Some Characteristics of Northern Lights Marijuana Seeds and Plants

Plant height: Short, about 60-80 cm (23.6-31.5 inches), though hybrids have been known to grow to as much as 3-4 meters (about 14 feet) in certain conditions
Type: Mostly Indica
Effect: Stoned feeling characterized by a body buzz, with a THC level of 15-20%
The Northern Lights marijuana leaf is big and broad, and at the right time, becomes filled with THC crystals or marijuana buds. Given its potency, it's no wonder Northern Lights cannabis has been cross-bred with other strains to produce other types of marijuana, just as it's no wonder that it ranks among the best marijuana types in existence.
Some say the taste is mild, others say the marijuana smoke is almost nonexistent. But don't be fooled, the mildness and blandness of the Northern Lights smoke is no indication of the intense high it causes. This is why Northern Lights marijuana smoking and the buzz it produces are acclaimed among smokers all over the world. This type of marijuana is aptly named - it's like seeing and feeling the Aurora lights up close and personal.
A Highly-Acclaimed Marijuana Seed
Deciding to grow a Northern Lights plant is the same thing as deciding to grow a world-class, award-winning type of marijuana. It has reaped its share of awards, including the Cannabis Cup, for several consecutive years. In addition, it has been instrumental in the case for the legalization of marijuana for medicinal purposes. The Northern Lights marijuana variety has members of the hemp and scientific communities championing its benefits on the one hand, and the user and grower community praising its grow-friendliness and user-friendliness on the other hand.
