PK Perpetual Grow Journal 2020

its been about a few days now but no changes

Damn PK, I think all you can do is watch it for a few days and see if it decides to live or die ? Maybe if temps are OK give it some sunlight on the balcony and see what that does?

right, but i thought below 20c would be kinda to low

lol its been raining. Funny enough i think in winter i will have no heat issue. From last nigth to now its been between 72fto 78f

also, dropping her out of the tent will stunt her further as the light and the enviroment she is in for the last months has been consistent aside from the heat waves.

one thing for sure. Open tent door and big fan away blowing air around in the room has made this heat issue better.
huge improvment so far but again its been raining this few days with sunny afternoons

That is probably going to have to be part of your system finding out which are the sweet times to grow that dont give you any problems.. This humidity thing youve been going through sucks the big one...

Note: raining and overcast is OK, still good even light intake.. It doesn't have to be blazing sunlight for plants to get good light value .. they also benefit from natural wind air circulation..

indeed, the issue is that from March to may we have allot of rain with some sunny days. Only two months out of the year its nice and sunny here. I've talked to a friend of mine and we are gona try out a clone in his backyard next year and see how it plays out.

Talk him into 5 clones .. that way if it goes good you have a nice haul ..

Your environment looks really good now.
ya, I guess this first grow really came down to adjusting everything and tweaking to my circumstances.

You'll get something out of this. Something is better than the guy not growing. I agree with PW. Your next grow will be much better. You seem to be the experimental type. Maybe consider a different space for that activity and just concentrate on basic growing methods in the other.

ops we dropped a stash that might of had some seeds in it
PK youve been going at this the wrong way...Dont fight the Humidity , Embrace it!
Just thought of something... for your next grow, think of or try to get plants that grow well in a hot humid Sub-Tropical environment..
Hawaiian Maui Wowie, Jamaican Lambsbread, Hindu Kush.. Humidity problem solved!

just checked and sounds like a no go on the kush... Turns out effects are feeling rubbery and sleepy..Id pass on this one.

Growing Hindu Kush Seeds
Hindu Kush plants grow short and stocky with lots of lateral branches and wide fan leaves. The plants do well with cooler temperatures but, high humidity can become an issue. Try to keep a dry and well-ventilated area much like you’d expect up in the mountains. Sea of Green method works well for growing Hindu Kush. The plants are easy to grow and will finish flowering in 7-9 weeks indoors with a yield of 14oz/m2. Outdoor Kush plants finish in late September and produce a harvest of 16oz/plant.

how long is the flowering period in general?

Best tropical weed strains

When trying to choose the best tropical weed strains, growers will likely find the answer in sativas rather than indicas. Sativa strains are typically tropical varieties that actually originated from tropical areas such as Mexico, Colombia, and Thailand. This will help with their genetics when dealing with things such as light cycles, as they will have the genetics that prompt them to flower based on maturity rather than light cycles. Indicas in general will not fare very well in tropical climates.

Amnesia Haze , Thai Stick , Super Lemon Diesel, Old Skool .
