Wishing I was back in MN right now, I’m usually home for about 2 weeks over the Fourth holiday. I have an aunt with a cabin on Upper South Long and family friends with a resort on Gull Lake so I’m usually out on the family boat cruising on the water right about now going to Paradise Point or Zorbas. The way things are looking I won’t make it back until New Years, might have to plan a trip to Lake of the Woods to make it worth it.

Yeah if I didn’t have a grow going I’d probably would have been working from home on the family farm a month ago for the whole summer. Would have been just like high school all over again. Now it’s like any state I try to go to requires me to quarantine for a week since we’re now the new hotspot in the US. Good thing I have enough seeds saved up for the apocalypse, just need more MC! Haha

On that note, why do you and @Canadadoes choose those two methods over STS? When doing my research on feminizing seeds I took STS as the more reliable method of the three. That was just my perspective on it but I’ve never attempted it before like both of you have.

Took readings tonight before topping off:
pH 6.0 - stable, I never did adjust it down after making it back home this morning, but I did pH down a bit after topping off.
EC 1.50 - falling, I upped the dosage to 3.75 grams per gallon during the top off.
Water Level - falling, I ended up topping off 3 gallons.

I’ll take another measurement before heading to bed to get readings on how topping off with more MC and pH down affected these readings.

We’re definitely in the stretch now. A lot of lime green (Sublime Green for the Mopar people) fresh growth happening.

Ok so no package today, but the shipping did update and...it’s still in Florida.

Made my trip to the dispensary and bought this,

The first taste that hits you is the mint from the Girl Scout cookies followed by a subtle taste of cherries. This is probably one of favorite brands for cartridges, CO₂ extracted and very light colored oil. Nothing added or cut into it so the taste is smooth and light, not over powering like you get with some brands that add in terpenes giving it a fake or artificial taste. This is what I want to shoot for when I get into extracting. The best part is for the 1 gram cartridges it’s $45, was $40 before the Rona showed up. Here’s a line up of the other ones I bought. Even with it being dark you can see the oil is very light colored.

Plus I bought some live resin sauce, a couple grams each of Durban Poison and Tropicana, having 79.7% and 77.2% THC. I’m not doing shyte tomorrow besides smoking dabs and ribs.

Back to the grow;
This morning and tonight’s readings are the same,
pH 5.9
EC 1.58
Water Level - lower (3 gallons)

Everything is running well I think I finally got the MC dialed in with the girls. Most of the plants are the correct MC green, not the super dark green I‘ve been having, pH is stable and EC is stable while the water level is dropping.

Now ready for some root porn?

FYI @Modest grower the purple kush sunk last night before bed and cracked this morning, she’s in a paper towel right now ready to be planted in the morning.

High as shyte right now! Spent a good hour trying to find my Bluetooth thermometer this morning, probably should have done it first before smoking it up. The smoke coming from the pit is delicious, mostly pecan with a piece of cherry or two. The pecan farms nearby is where I get my wood from and then I buy the smaller bags of the small chunked stuff I don’t have locally.
