Sort of what Obi said, you would have to do the un-nature-al things to two same but different plants to get a real answer. I only have one. I don't want to take my plant to my kitchen to boil roots. But darkness for an extra day doesn't do anything. Right now my tent is 93 degrees for the first time ever. That is a shock to her just like boiling those roots. Maybe it will send some plant chemicals up to help plant cool or it might send them down to get them into the cooler area of the rootzone. I don't know but it hot in my grow area now so 93 degrees it will be for her last day.
Any thoughts on that from you guys?
