Pennywise Does SOG Pheno Hunts Fall 2018

I started with synthetic nutes in coco so pH is critical in that regard. Now I am growing organic ferts in coco, pH is still critical, just in the soil range(6.3 to 6.6), not the hydro normally associated with coco. I am so retentive if I were growing no-till I would still want to know pH going in!
Good info as I wanted to try organic coco growing one day myself .

Hold on let me grab a pic of her.

I’d guess possible potassium. Specially if getting going in flower or mag def if working from top down ? Hmm great learning here always keep my brain fresh ✊

I ve been doing ph 5.8 my entire grow and it seems they love it. During veg you can be a bit lower the first days around 5.5 then increase as time goes by. The pH tends to raise in coco so it will slide up to the 6 range by itself. The grow medium has a tendency to go back to its original value. My coco is sold at pH 6.2 for example
Yup I have been putting in at 5.8 mostly Celt new babies the other day first run at 5.4-5.5. Like just popping up.

But my cherry bomb here say 27 veg
5.8 mostly going in I tested the ph from
Run off it reads 6.2 lol

Coco loco baby

It's a good thing there is a slide between 5.8-6.2. As you water coco everyday it's perfect

When you guys turned me on to the blue lab guardian I went to the site after I bought it $226 thanks . They have a chart that showed I was supposed to use tap water with Advanced Nutrients!

Do you allow tap water to sit? Or do you just open tap mix nutes and water away? I’ve been thinking of trying tap water. I’ve just been worried about chlorine or chloramine affecting the plants. Maybe I’m just an over cautious parent lol
When I first started I let the water sit for 48 hours dissipating

I don't think chloramine evaporates like chlorine anyway.

This is correct. Chloramine doesn’t evaporate. Which is annoying and why I was concerned about possibly using tap water! Problem? Im a bit paranoid lol I like using distilled cause I know exactly what’s in my nute mix and water. I realize it lacks some minerals from tap water though.

I’ve had more issues with RO than I have tap.
ive had issues with r/o before but now every gal of water gets 1/2 tsp. em-1 michrobes--1/4 tsp. slf 100--1/2 tsp. full rock and a pinch of rock powder then I ph it has worked good for me I also use city water that I run through an rv filter to get out most of the chlorine then I bubble that overnight then its good!
