Parfactworks HB 1500, Weed Seeds Express & Prescription Blend 3x Sponsored Grow - The Safari Pt I: A Vegetative Journey

Missed this my Moon, sorry bud!
Treat yo' self girl!!! Hehe my propagator could fit 20 0.5L pots in it haha I might have gone a bit overkill lol but it meant I could use it as a tray until I needed to repot the ladies :). But yeah for keeping the humidity above 60 I found the propagator next to non.

Right on
You can get small ones too just make sure you check the height measurement you ideally want at least a foot heigh so the ladies can grow a little and have space above the pots. If your doing autos tho alot of people like to plant the seed into their forever homes straight away. In which case a 2litre plastic bottle can be recycled into a personal propagator for the ladies or even a upside down plastic cup while their tiny.

i transferred early usually not in forever homes yet...I'm gonna move them still
A disadvantage to this over a propagator is that it's harder to get a measurement under the bottle/cup where as in a decent propagator there will be room somewhere for a temp and humidity meter

hopefully it stays where it's at atm lol
Just a bit of advice from a noob like me hehe.
I appreciate you always

Charlie, I grew once 10 years ago, 1 round... I just started again in June....I am LEARNING TOO!!!

Honestly wish I knew more of the science behind it to offer more help. I am a grower. I used to think my talents ended academically and athletically. That was until I started gardening. Then a few months ago, TK offered to get me some seeds so I could start growing some bud. I jumped at the thought. I started under a table. Got a tent. Then another. Then another. Got a light Then 3 more than 3 more. Then sprung for the LED then another. Here I am now with these glorious tents, set ups from these wonderful sponsors and my children. Just from love, attention, a green thumb and all of this AMAZING information here at :420:. Not to mention the AMAZING people here!!! I left social media. Left my initial preconceptions and trepidations about growing again behind me and here we are now, talking together on the best site known to all things cannabis. Friends without even being friends. Friends without another agenda, other than to help each other become better growers.

Finding the balance you seek, takes time and patience but all of the tools are right here in front of us, plus a whole lot of support!! I'm behind you Charlie, we are all behind each other rooting!

Hey krissi! The little ones seem to be doing better now you worked out the light situation :) it is hard when you get new equipment to learn what works but your getting it now :). If it helps I've got my 2 LEDs set at about 4 feet away I have my smaller one on full and the larger on 70-80%. But I'm a few week Infront of you. At your stage I had the small led only set around 3 feet away at 60%. I also found the propagator super useful in keeping high humidity and temps stable. You can grab one for hardly nothing and really helps keep the atmosphere perfect for the girls when they are tiny.
Lighting seems to be more of a challenge to me than watering. However, nutrients are still challenging. Hmmm.. never mind, it's all challenging.

Thanks Moony. I'm currently at 21 inches and 25%...I was thinking of rising it and increasing intensity but I am so scared. I dropped them a few inches cause I was up at 24 at the same intensity trying to get them to recover. I'm concerned with Goldie being so small, I don't want to start cranking but the others I feel could use a 30 setting or even 35 now...it's been 4 days..I am battling a humidity issue now...worst case, propagator
For me, my manufacturer recommendations for seedlings is 24" at 60%. I realize we have different lights, so not sure if that means anything. My seedling stage seemed to be pretty good, I felt like I could have lowered them slightly.

Lmao what are your current challenges with these things? Talk to me RM

Remember when we talked about watering and feeding and how everyone swears by different things? You found another one of those. As was told to me, those are basic reccomendations they give you. Generic at best. The dimmer function is a function for a reason, so that we can adjust those height and distance parameters and encourage our girls to grow up towards the light or not....I am finding the best way to work through both lighting and nutrients, is trial and error. Use the suggestions and then shimmy what works for you and your grow, specifically. It's not a one size fits all. That's why all these grows are so different and everyone has such varying experiences

Take a look at my journal. I'll just clog up yours with my insecurities. Nobody wants to see that.

I think there is something to be said about strain specific also. Maybe I'm thinking in the future to do same strain grows. It might be easier to manage

That is not true!! You can blow up my feed whenever you want...here to help only RM...I'll go over there now

Yes absolutely strain specific just like som prefer heat and humidity more than others

I kid you not! I’m really struggling right now with High humidity with lights out and the tent closed up. Exhaust fan running as two other circulating fans. In the 6 hours the lights are out the r/h goes from 55 - 72.

And by the way Onyx is visibly looking quite stunning. ;)
You got a dehumidifier running inside or outside the tent?

No I don’t. It’s just a very modest and simple setup. I really don’t think I’d have room for an inside dehumidifier.
I’m hoping the outdoor r/h keeps dropping. It’s down to 78% today. It’s been extremely high the last week. That should also bring it down inside the tent. I hope.

That's crazy high...it's going up for me this week with a string of temps 20 degrees+ normal..I hate it...winter is upon me though, this is the last stretch but that radiant heat is so dry....they're holding at 65 RH right now since I turned the inline off
