I'm in PA, and we're about to go full rec too, that's if the feds don't beat us there and bless the whole union for a change. Like Woody, I've been tied up with the law a time or twenty and know all too well how much the phrase "can and will be used against you" can be stretched and as you just demonstrated, they will snowball one issue into the next if you'll go for it.
I think you'll like 420 better than other sites. People here are more reserved and chill, and as best I can tell, there is no childishness here. People here just want to grow bud and the banter rarely goes much farther than that which is what I love about here.

Im a "40 something" so reserved and chill are right up my alley! Believe it or not, I've been able to remain drama free over on R-up since like 2015 or something. Anyone familiar with that site knows this is quite the feat hahahaha
Im not familiar with the navigation on here just yet but is there a DIY section or a LED section on here?

I havent done a QB build yet as my cobs are still kicking major a$$ but I think I may venture into the strips on my next light just because of versatility with the frame build. Im a self proclaimed "frugal bastard" so price will likely dictate the decision between strips or QB's haha.

Telling the cops I smoke is one thing, them logging me into a database that might effect future decisions about my life or pursuit of happiness down the line is another. I already have enough strikes against me. Maybe you'll be moved before PA greens up, but I can't see it staying on schedule 1 on the fed level for more than another year. Soon, a card won't be needed anywhere, but those names in that database will stay there until an EMP or solar flare suggests otherwise.

Dude we got to do what we must to keep our quality of life...... 5 years back I had an internal morphine pump,,, pumping 24/7 for 7 years... That was the first doctor that treated me like I was really in pain... Before that,,,, I self-medicated,,, with heroin for 15 years.
I got off the pump after 7 years with the help of herbs....,, even had to go see a shrink. To make sure I understand what I was going to do..
Told them I ain't got dementia yet.. And I am over 10 years old......... Narcotics are a major point in my pain control.. Pot is still illegal,, and even tho it's 'legal' here and I use that phase loosely.. The Feds can still shut ya down.. And they even have the Addie to go to? I don't think that will happen... Trump,,, is a bad word in some circles, not mine but,, recently legalized hemp across the board. I think that's a start...........
Hey @HydroRed I think I was one of those biggest problems over those ways... Kind of pissed me off making me change my icon.. That don't go down well... So I push back????????? All good.. I'm a good boy around here...... Little do they know.......... And Sky ain't no MFing angel......... LOL

Well when I have to have a license to grow a tomato, I'll get one for weed to!
Today we went for a walk in the woods, there's a little tea house at the entrance to the park. I think mainly for the older crowd (I'm 60) that wanna walk in the woods so the tea house is right there beside the parking lot.
Anyways there's this BIG ass sign on the porch railing

We live in Philly where all the weed people are pretty well mellow and there's people shootin other people every day + so the folks that enjoy a puff or 3 aren't shootin up the neighborhoods.
The police know this.
I've had cops come in the house invited while growing Chemdawg. There's no covering that smell. Never herd a word about it. I'd prolly still be in prison if they were hard asses. Bigger cats on the prowl here.

That must've been a good feeling to not be noided about your grow when the fuzz get close. Not that I wish anybody to be that close to my spot, I still look forward to a time where the fuzz is one less concern about it.
There were bigger issues. 2 cops tazzer'd my wife, I showed up to my door in my truck with 2 cops standing there, 1 had his boot on my wife's back as she was laying face down pissed like a cat in heat. I needed to get off the street in house with my wife and everything went well.

I'm lost for words? Why did 2 cops feel the need to taze 1 woman?
Shoot ask questions later. She was walking the dog, someone in a car almost ran her over crossing at the intersection crosswalk.
The driver called 911 and complained about my 14 year old vicious dog barely able to see at this stage.
Police in Philly can be fairly aggressive when it comes to 911 calls and dogs. My wife would fight anyone that threatened our dogs. So conflict out of the gate but with dogs the police don't mess around.
I'm not clear about the exchange with the person that almost ran over my wife and dog. Doesn't really matter. Assholes everywhere. My wife is tough. I try to keep her on my side. Its been working.
I made some potash - basically burning wood to make char-coal and wood ash = potash. Made that TINY fire in one of my raised beds was lit for under 30 seconds and someone already called 911 and the fire truck was there in 3 minutes. Arrived to see me pouring water out of a watering can onto the little fire. Can't wait to move. We packing now.
Non of that really the reason for our moving, there's too much violence these days around these parts. WAY too much. Its a crazy real world. It's not reported in the news unless more than 4 people are killed at a time by a white guy.

That's nuts. Yeah, Philly can be weird. My buddy says when he works down there, he can't bring his gun b/c Philly doesn't recognize PA gun carrying permits. That must be an unnerving feeling. I thought you were on the outskirts where there's nature. It's sad that uppity people are so anti-neighbor and generally unpleasant as individuals. When the camel's back breaks, those useless idiots will be the first to suffer. Some let their little bit of paper wealth get their heads way up there in the uppity clouds, and when all bets are off, the folks in the inner cities will eat people like that for lunch. It's good you're moving up north, upstate NY is beautiful.
America's inner cities ain't no joke, when stuff goes south you can bet those folks are going to get there's.
