Our Ongoing Grows

Thanks peoples.. Hope everyone had a great Christmas... After looking whats 'left' over from dinner,, I see one HELLA pot of beans coming up.... Man I'd rather have a big pot of bean than straight ham. But still was a good dinner and get together... I cracked a seal on a bottle of Single Barrel Jack, and ate more than I should've.............. Exchanged our little gifts.. Miss J has been sending cash to her Grandkids for Holidays and Birthdays forever.... But I talked her into getting silver bars. Least with them,, the kids,,,, with more than likely save them rather than spend? Least my thoughts. Who doesn't like hearing the clink of silver over the sound of copper clad shit we call silver nowadays????? I know I miss the sound of coinage going thru a slot machine over these stupid ass tickets they pay with now.. Least they don't have them in the Local Indian Casinos around here. i'd hope they still have afew in Nevada?

My Gramp's worked at the CTA, Chicago Transit Department. as head of the treasury department. He was a coin collector as I was and my Uncle. Every Friday he wood bring home a small bag of whatever coin we were working with that weekend as long as we replaced what we took. This was back in 68'. Back then silver was common,, and copper clad were new. So 95% of the change in your pocket was silver. Over the years of me bouncing from one place to another, they got lost or stolen. I did have alot of coinage,,, but my Gramps was buying 40-60 dollars a week to save. He had bags upon bags of silver in the house.. I mean tons of the shit......... Man I wish I'd have been smart enough to buy up alot of that silver at 1 dollar a oz........ Hell gold was only 50 bucks a oz.... Hindsight is 20/20

I have a question that has always made me wonder? WHY don't they sell eggnog all year????????????????

Not sure he got peoples high????/ But do know he wasted 90% of his herbs???? Back when we rigged a gas mask or two with bowls..... Or one of them power hitters we passed like footballs...........

Have to say something,,, a house has a fantastic smell,, when one is

baking bread/cookies,,,

or frying chicken,,


or got a pot of beans on............... Least I got the last................
 
Well started to bag and tag afew seeds from this grow... I do have afew peoples want to play with these plants........ I do have afew seeds to part with... Tonight I cleaned 2 grams of the heaviest seeded plants I seem to have,,, Chem-Dog. She was 100% female,,, least in my eyes,,, but stationed between the GrapeRomxHuckaberry gone bad and the EmDog that hermied?????? ..........

I do have to say I have afew new ones entering as sprouts off in my veg tent..............

First,,, my Pup',,, she's cranking out vegetational leafs and is going to be 'monster crops''',,, least that meaning being this,,, she's going to have alot of tops... To me,, that means clones................. And I need at least 12 in the near future........


I also have one named knockOut....

A Strawberry Amnesia...

1 Gelato;

3 chem dogs.

2 white cookies and


Oh and have high hopes for a Grassfire OG in a pear tree?????

Got gifted 2 regular seeds.... He did such a great job with it.............. Offer extended... I couldn't refuse, now could I? Good one there in @OG1969's one. I tried to be sure he was good with her,,, and he told me he has afew cuts..

Is an exceptional looking cut... I sure got fingers crossed I get a female...

I'm not into growing seeds anymore,, but I am sure looking for a good OG variant to do with my Pups'... 50/50 room wood be great...

Knock on wood I get a female.... And that one looks insane...... I have a feeling,,, even if I only got a male,,, he might be wanted for adoption out?? As stands, I have one that should sprout out into the light tomorrow???? The 2nd is well,,, I'm hoping........... Woodn't be the first time I couldn't raise a tap root with paper towels only to have them pop in dirt......... so if it don't start in acouple days,,, it will go into its sibling's pot's in hopes??

I kind of thought you wood there @lazyfish. I'm sure @OG1969 woodn't mind?

And I see a tap coming outta the second seed??????????? Couple more hours I'll put it in dirt...... The first is having a problem shedding its seed casing.. I'll have to put glasses on and break out a toothpick to work it free.........

Always make sure that your dirt is wet with the same temp water you been germinating in or you can risk shocking your sprout when they are at such a fragile point in life..... I like 80 degrees plus or minus afew............ Works for me.......

Looking like both of them Grassfire OG seeds are going to make it,,,

First is above ground and open,,, the second is in the dirt and should be above ground in a day or two.. Making the odds of a female much better for me....... But if one is male,, do you still want it Lazyone? might prove to be a good father plant...

Is this the longest-running currently active journal thread here? I noticed that it's been going just over seven years now.

Regardless, it's an accomplishment.
 
And I still can't grow worth a shit there @TorturedSoul Naw JK. Thanks,,, Man time flys don't it???? Oldtimers are rare anymore...

I did do afew other journals when I, started here,, It's just that I never learnt how to change the titles and start new threads? But really just never found the want to change up. So,,,, I just keep plugging along here.

Mister BBrown they came out screamer... Had half the neighborhood over for a bowl. Good for a colder night like tonight...
 
BTW the second Grassfire OG is above ground and opening up............. And the Pup is well on her way to revegging......... Couple more weeks and should be some cuts to get from her....... I also have afew cuts in the cloner that should be popping roots. These are cuts I took for a friend,, I also have a Strawberry Amnesia, a Gelato, and one called Knockout all getting close to transplant size.............. 3 of the Chems and 2 White Cookies,, all fixing to get up potted next month when I scare another bale of soil with some EWCings, blood/bone meal, and some Marine Cusine and I should be ready to get busy...........
