Happy Pappy Day Woody!

Thanks, Sky..
And Tead you know it. Halfway between here and the coast is a nice little moist farm countryside called Tillamook Or whatever that cheese is. And nice moist dirt full of them fat ass dairy cows does have a nice byproduct besides fertilizer and cheese. And it grows out of that local fertilizer. I use to know people out that way and I use to trade an oz of herb for an oz of their stash. That Oregon Blue Stars is a great product. I don't know the local ones here but I did down by the Bay Area and scored really nice afew times. Them was that brownish cream colored ones. San Israio of something. I tell ya what was a blast, was down at my Sisters house, she lived in Carlsbad-Roswell-Area 51, NM area, and we I'd take a hikes around in the desert looking at the ground, if you got lucky you could find clusters of P-buttons. They are getting hard to find. They take so long to grow that they are even considerated an endangered species from over harvesting and improper harvesting, which will kill the whole thing. Wild ones take 4-5 years to mature and form 5-6 oz head clusters. I had many a instresting night down there around them camp fires after a successful hiking 'trip',, no pun intended,, like hell', down on the Black or Pecos rivers.. When they had water in them JK Kind of..
Well I done wore my ass out this past couple days, off to La La land for a minute Keepem Green

Oh I know Tillamook well.... you can find Tillamook cheese in the Cosco locally. Sometimes I catch a local yat trying to pronounce 'Tillamook'.
I can't even begin to tell you how much time I spent in the hills just behind Tillamook. Hell.... my sweetie and I even spent some time there on our honeymoon. She got to experinece "Squeeky Cheese".

Stayed in P.C. for a few days and roamed the coast from Astoria to Depoe Bay. Caught some chowder at Mo's. You know... all the staples of a week on the Oregon coast.

Growing up in McM and spending 1/3 of that time on the coast in a cabin almost included in the shot above leaves one with some pretty intimate knowledge of that neck 'o the woods.

Now you have my mind roaming back to that visit. I really was shocked at all the changes. Hell, there's no Dory fleet in P.C.... WTF?!?! It was such a good trip. We started and ended in PDX but spent the rest of the time on the coast. Plus, we hit some sort of freakish heatwave (well... they thought it was hot) and the weather was incredible.

Don't forget spam grilled over a fire till crispy, then velveeta cheese. Doesn't everything taste better around a campfire?. Those was our survival rations. And we always kept a bunch of salt pork and pinto beans in a dutch oven 24/7. Keepem Green

No amount of fire, char, caramelization and cheese can make spam taste good.

Awww... I wouldn't say that jandre. There are times..... not in any recent history, but I used to fry it up to a tasty confection. :cheesygrinsmiley: I won't eat it anymore, but I could make it tasty. Lol!

I've tried, repeatedly, over decades in various new ways to make that hideous stuff palatable all for naught.

Deep fry it in canna budder. Canna-infused spam... Damn... I love chared spam and chared bologna dipped in spicy mustard. I never liked them sardines in a can till I got into the rations at camp. I ate acouple cans and they tasted kind of good,, then I tried them down from camp once, and man they made me sick. They must've just tasted better at the higher elevations. Or I needed salt? But without a 'real' cold sourse, I did alot of the canned meats.
I use to send alot of time up in them hills. We had a partner we mined with that was from mexico and his Old Lady' use to make us about a hurderd little 'breakfast' buretios and we made out camp evaporator fridge which kept shit cool for afew days. Ice was something we didn't have often. To much wieght for ice and beer... so Ice has to go. Man that was hella fun days. Never found alot of gold, but did grow afew crops. I posted pictures back when of this on Overgr-w. Some rememeber. Damn I had a ton of pictures there. Not near what I have here tho.
But Jandre,, some, like my "Old Lady" can't stand the shit... I will say this,,, after 4 or 5 hours under 'cold ass water', as in mining, EVERYTHING HOT tatstes good..... Dog or Cat... JK or am I

Tead as long as you don't suck out the mudbugs heads.. Funny, I went to Lake Tahoe once and went catching them crawdads, they are bright blue and huge outta that lake.. More like small lobsters. Strange every regional peoples have foods that are odd to others. Whats that in Bali I think they put that poor monkey in a table and eat his brains.. Alive? People been eating bugs outta the ground since the beginning of time, but grasshopper tacos,, er no thanks. Yea I like to watch Zimmerman's show bazaar foods. Somethings them south eastern Asian eat over there,, damn. and I mean damn... Make spam look like a T-bone steak. I hear Spam really went over big in Hawaii and the Philippines. Everything from burgers to fries are made with spam. Wow I think I'll get a can next shop run...
As for the gradens,,, I was able to get a flip of Black Dog clones to take root. I plan on doing atleast 8 of them next indoor grow. I got 12 cuts alive, I've looked at afew Black Dog others are growing, and I don't see the same pheno,, or least haven't yet. Might have been a good one to save. I also started a Moonshine Haze for one to finish inside also. I did promise someone I'd do a grow of afew strains for the breeders. So I'll have these singled out for indoor finishing, the Moonshine Haze, a GG4, a Easy Kush and a OG variant all from FEMINISED SEEDS breeders. I have to say seeds are viable as hell,, all 4 cracked and had tails within 24 hours. 48 hours and they were peeking outta the soil. And they are all off and running.

Pinch dem tails and suck dem heads baby!
Can you pass me a cold beer please?
How's that sausage?
Have you tried this corn?
Oh the artichoke is great!
Slide that red potato over here will ya?

Oh yeah I pinch and suck. It took a few beers the first time, but such preparatory steps have not been required after the first round.
Yoo gotda suck dem hed! Dat wer all uh dem spice get to. Den tek ya a big'ol bite o budin an some andouille. Oooowee dat some good eatin' I ga-rawn-TEE!

Ok now that I'm starved. Man, I love them tails,, but I can't do the heads.. Maybe a good jug of shine for false courage? I had a friend back in Arkansas, we was dressing out some squirrels, well when I get to the head, I throw the skin head and all in the trash. Not Travis,, his Mom loved squirrel brains. I couldn't eat when she did. My family was a bunch of hillbillies. I was raised on squirrels rabbits and deer. Turtles, and frogs too. Man I had fun going frog gigging. We use to get 40-50 big bullfrogs a night, while running trotlines for catfish.
Enough about grub for a minute. Out to the gardens. Alot of peoples worry about sun. Sure marijuana grows BEST andBIGGEST, in fukk sun on a hillside with a nice southern exposure and 10-12 hours sunlight. But poor me,, I'm lucky if my girls get 6 hours a day of FULL sun. Indica plants can do well with it. My problem is my yard. It's all concret. And what does concret do in full sun? Gets HOT. You could bake your roots on it. I get mine acouple inches off the ground with 2X4's. My largest pots have a small strip of soil I put on. But I did get afew pictures. I labeled them so here we go;
kids75.jpg

and here's that Number One auto. WTF she revegged. I know it's a tricky cross getting these things to fly right. But I sure didn't want it any bigger. She's got 20 gallons on soil. Guess I need to up pot her.
