Our Ongoing Grows

Thx Jon, they coming along. I'm still kicking myself for not getting my shit together with the outsiders.

I really want some of them genetics I have to reveg out there. Got that Cripit. Both Cripits. I really don't care about the taller of the two but that short one. 38 day and the smoke was sweet. Be perfect for a sea of green. Well again, I'm pretty sure I can let her reveg out and get afew clones and take alittle better care of them as a mother plant for next winter. Grown in black gold dirt and been using MG for my veg fertilizers. I plan on upgrading the shorter ones pot size in a few weeks. I don't see a plant able to get over 8 foot, but I do see a fat ass bush. And with that speed it surely will beat Oregons wet fall times. Here's what they look like;
Cripit5.JPG

Ok let me think,, now that can be a hard thing to do, least for me, ok this is second string. Whats in there, well a Skunk, and a Vantage, and a Yumbolt-47, and a strain from Eva I think called Veneno, or Poison. These also are getting upgraded living conditions soon;
2d_string.JPG

Ok Skunk in flower room has come down. She looks sweet. I had to piecemeal her down leaving the seeds for minute longer. Seeds are like 17 days from pollenation. Man you can see the green seeds peeking out all over. Man I get the feeling these buds are going to look like a bottoms of a lb bag of low end comerical mexican brick weed. LOTS of seeds in other words. I wonder want a oz of low end mexican goes for any more. I do have to say that the mexican I last saw, I was in New Mexico, and herbs were around 750$ a kilo, was much cleaner weeds than I saw 20 years ago. Like they thined the males alot more and wasn't alot of tree trunks folded up in them. Hey but back then that's what you got. Wasn't alot of good homegrown around. Hell people use to say it isn't some of 'that' homegrown is it?? Was good imports tho just more than them 10$ lids. But there was a bag or two that wood always show up of purple haired sensie from upper Cali. And it was always personal stash. But the use to get good imports, Lumbo Gold, Panama Red, Black Africian Trip Weed. Ramblining on here.
Ok that Skunk. I will say this is one speedy plant. Like 45 days and she's good to go. She loaded up with 90/10% cloudy/amber. I'm just about out of her mother, and the weed I got left finaly got a good cure. What I got left is top shelf. Scale 1-10 she's 8.5. Another week might have squeezed a 9. But I'm real happy with her. Yield looks great. 5-6 Oz's. And was a trimings dream. Here's s hot of some rite before hitting the trim table;
Flower_s.JPG

And after;
Skunk58.JPG

Next up on the cutting block is going to be the Yumbolt, followed closely bye the Fruity Chronic. Man that is one sweet looking plant. Fruity Chronic is a shorter bushy in that it enjoyed the toppings. I hear about it's parent plant Chronic, I hear it has some massive colas. I wished I had cut a clone of her and its too much hassle to do a reveg because springs here, and I need to keep the numbers down alittle to make room for the greenhouse.
I hear Oakland's Harbourside got slamed in April. Makes me wonder sometimes if these cards are just a way for the goverment to know where to go bust the first fools if they ever decide to bust the growers outrite. Just go down the list. Like outlawing guns. Oh well I don't want to get going on that stuff. Besides, got to go to work for afew anyways. Been starting afew other seeds too. I started a LowRyder for a friend to mix in his garden, and a Star Trek, and a Cheese. I also just put 2 more P-91 and I still need one more Star Trek to make sure I get a female. Well that's about it from here. Whew that's enough from me. Hope everyones doing great and Keepem Green

Thanks Bro. We 'ALL' busy. You got it going on also. I tend to get alittle over extended every now and then. I sure screwed up this one Ollie. This Oregon weather is a funny thing. My Bro back in Mo. is out burning up the swimming holes and fishing holes. Full sun just about every day. "Cept Today" My Boy Bill told me he had sun burned up allready for the year. Here,,, well we had acouple sunny days. Just enough to get the veggie seeds started.
Ok lets see whats up here in my Nightmare. Been afew things going on. That Yumbolt-47 is down and starting the cure process. Stuff is 20% cloudy. Buds are abit airy with the sativa look. Weed's 7 on my scale of kick. Will end up a solid 7.5 after she's done. Weed has a Pepper smell. With Limegrass hints in the back ground. Wieght ? I put it 5+ about 5 1/2 Oz's and I'm 99% of the time within acouple grams. Well she wasn't the easiest to trim but we had alot worse;
Y-47_2_.JPG

And I did take a clone for future grows. I put it outside. This wasn't old enough not to jump into flower mode. It's a Yumbolt;
Y-474.JPG

To give ya a idea of just how bad I messed up. I took afew self incriminating photo's of my blunders. This is the Cripit-s plant. It's wasn't as big a yielder and I didn't care for the herb as much. So this is the one I reallydon't care if it makes it. I'm probely going to cut this one for the Numbers game. Here ya go;
Cripit-s6.JPG

And here's another;
Flower48.JPG

Now this one, I call Cripit-i I want. So I'll have to go thru all the reveg bullshit. Singel leaflets, I've had them curl in circles before, super thick leafs also. Alot of thinning in them when they are this large;
Cripit-i6.JPG

I also have a Berkley Blue going that is in flower mode. But I did get acouple clones off her before she went outside. And they aren't in flower. So that's another I woodn't lose sleep over if I lost it. Here's the baby B-B's, man talk about purples. The Cripit's outside are turning purple also;
B-B_clones.JPG

I was hoping even if I took the hedge clippers to these plants, they should be able to really put on a yield with the head start they wood be getting with some massive root sytems;
Roots71.JPG

That is the B-B stalk I have out there. The Cripit's are afew weeks older.
Ok what else is up here. I did take a sample bud of the chronic. She clear in the cyrstal department. Acouple more days. She's been on water with pineapple rush for the last 3-4 days. Great little plant. good 4 oz's looks like. If the weed is as good as it looks, I will sure grow it again. Matter fact I'm ordering some new seeds in the next few days anyhow. But I have one more Fruity Chronic female seed in my seed box;
Chroni.JPG

Ok I did update the pic's of my youngings I got growing outside. These haven't flowered. First up, Star-47. I almost brang her inside to flower out for summer weed. But I figgure that's what my lowryders are for;
Star-473.JPG

Here's the P-91. I 'had two. Key word had. The other grew balls and gut chucked out yesterday. 100% Indica and shows it very well;
P-915.JPG

Ok here's another. I have this one inside in the 4X4 tent under a 600 watter on a 20/4 cycle. I also have my seedlings and auto flowers in there with a A-Haze #2. This is OG Kush right after it's second topping;
OG_Kush9.JPG

I also have this sprouts in there. One is a lowryder unknown genetics. Came from Budda Seeds. Another is a Cheese from Dinafem Seeds. And I have 2 Star Trek seeds and 2 P-91's started;
Kids9.JPG

Here's the A-Haze #2. Scrog I'm a thinking. This plant is suppose to be a monster. If ya start flowering at 10" it finishes over 5'. I plan on a 3 gallon pot maybe a 4. Another 6" taller and one more topping and I'll put it in flower and put back together the Screen. Looking forward to this one;
A-Haze_2.JPG

Ok now lets see, we got a LA Connie growing outside also. I'm not sure of which of these plants are going to be able to finish outside, but they can veg there; LAC;
LA-Connie1.JPG

Ok we also have a NLxBB going. I hear tell this is a great production plant. I don't recall growing and Big Bud yet, but I hope it lives up to it's name;
NL_x_BB.JPG

Well that's a fast update. I know I haven't been on for acouple days, but not alot changes to quickly here. I am open to any input about strains that might make it here in Oregon. Plants have to be fast #1 and high mold resitance. Hope all are good out there. And their gardens are growing great. Keepem Green

Just a fast update. I'll try to get more on here later tonite but, last night I went in watering doing what ever in the flower room, and I decided to pick one seed pod from the flowers I pollenated on the 28th of last, and low and behold, GrandParents. Well a step closer anyways. They still got afew more days till I cut her but they are looking great. Bubba Skunk might be born. Now all the questions. Was the pollen viable, is it or could it be female pollen, or was it just a male that didn't carry on the femmitization procress. I choice to hope is just viable female pollen. I don't ask for much now do I? Well the seed is a tad green where it joined the plant, but I know 've had seed grow that looks alot younger than these.
Seed4.JPG

I got a pic of her, but it doesn't really show how much she shows. Pods are splitting and you can see alittle brown popping out;
012384.JPG

Well I took a look around out back also, my Berkley Blue is reverting fast. She looks like she's putting out show fresh leafage. They look like 3 leafers and one leafers.
ReVeg_2_.JPG

Got one more;
ReVeg.JPG

I also took a shot at the Smile Plant. No telling how long shes been flowering. I decided to drag her back in after I seen she was one of the furtherest into flowering I had out back. Sweet plant tho and I loved the smoke. Shame I couldn't clone her. But soooo many strains so few years to grow them out in. Good plant fast great yield;
Smile14.JPG

I took a shot of the Tangerine Dream Better post it before something happens and she don't make it to finish. Thrid times a charm they say. I lost two of them last year. Hopefully she proves them right;
T-D3.JPG

Well got to run Hope all are doing good out there, and Keepem Green

Thank You Thank You Thank You. I had pollenated 4 buds and I cut one of the smallest last nite to check and see what stage it is at, I got like 15 seeds. I can tell they need another day or two but I'd bet these are even viable. Sooooooooooooooo I put acouple to dry in a warmer place last nite and then on the cable box with them to see if they pop. They look real close. Took about 4 weeks. I did the pollen on the 28th last month.
Ok I see Sisco got a Paki-Ryder coming out. Got it looking good Sisco. This is mine. I don't remeber when I planted, I think 3 weeks? Behind ya. She was in the 4X4 tent under a MH bulb. I see that it stopped it from much height, but today I switched her to a mother tent I have under a 250 bye herself, for now;;
P-R.JPG

And alittle better pic of where she is in flower;
P-K_flowers.JPG

OK well I started working on my first Scrog go around. I plan on using a Arjan's Haze#2 which is just about all Sativa. Suppose to be a monster plant. I just hope it's a good choice for this grow. I've been training my A-Haze since birth for this with the toppings trying to keep the plant symetrical so it will open up nice. I'll probly end up witha 3X6 screen. I threw one together early and its all rolled up behind the couch waiting. Hell if that thing has to wait for me, it will rot there, BUT the plants telling me to get ready. Well the plan is a 3X6 with a 1000 watter on a rail for about 2 foot. I got monster hoods in there with the Magnum XXL air coooled. A 1500 HPS Wood fit real nice in there, but for now, the 1000. Well enough babbling I've been doing alittle LSTing on her to get a good spread on her main branches. Here's the plant;
A-Haze2.JPG

And I got a shot or two of how I've been doing the tying. Seeing I use this pots over and over, I don't want to melt holes to tie into, or tape,witch becomes a royal pain to get once baked on a pot. I use picture hangers. Alittle tie wire wraped around the main branches and ;
Tie.JPG

I don't wrap tight, just enough to keep it from slipping. And then hang the hook on the lip of the pots;
Tie_2_.JPG

Makes it easy to pull them down. You just pull a 1/2" of wire thru the hook and replace it. But I got a feeling this plant will fill out a screen. I know most people seen to be growing Indica or Hybrids, I wonder about my choice. My screen frame has room for a second screen about a foot above the first screen incase the plant grows to tall out of the first. It's a sound design. I've see similar setups elsewheres.
I tell ya, this little girl, LA Connie, looks like a contenter for a smaller Scrog. This plant loved the first topping and really spread out. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with her. Inside/Out? ut here she is;
OG_Kush10.JPG

Hey Alaska. I take it your in Washington. Cool. I'll have to check out your site in abit. This PNW is all new to me. PM is a issiue I've been dealing with alot of late. Bud Rot and PM. They sure make it rough on a outside grower. I've been looking at a seed company out of Canada that has strains they grow even as far orth as Canada. Some cool looking satvias that finish off mid September. Well you even furture up there. I found local seed vendor that has some cool genetics one intrests me alot now. Called Berkley from Stoney Girl Gardens. Suppose to be lighting fast. Might be something to look into for the speed peoples need up here.
Ok I'm outta here for the night. Least I think I am. I'm fixxing to go fire up a dubie and veg on the TV for a minute or two. GL Everyone with their gardens and whatever come what may. Keepem Green

Hey Norcal, Yes I'm in Washington at the moment. I only have one plant outside at the moment and she seems to be doing well. Actually doing better outside then she was doing inside! All of my growing except for the one is inside doing hydro. I've only run into the PM issue once when I had the RH up too high. No bud rot as of yet.
I like growing sativas more then I do the indicas. But, I have to mix it up so I'll do a couple of tents with each. Right now 2 tents of sativas and then 1 with indicas.
I'd like to get my hands on that Arjans Haze

Looking good Wood...i would think satavas would be a better plant for a screen but you should have a 2nd screen...just in case.,.good move using the pot lip to tie to...i rigged a lampshade to one of my pots to extend the pot diameter and was LSTing to that..plant spred got too big for the grow-rm...what i'm trying to do is get enough on my outside grow so i can relax all winter...start some inside in feb..put them in the ground in april..let them flower-reveg...with all the tops i'm looking at this early..i can't even guess how much more than last year i'll get...with less plants..:thumb:

You could also use an office clip as well. the loop of one of the grips makes an excellent slip to pull a string or wire through to tighten as you go.
es-a-dessin-office-depot-double-clip-19-mm-1457910.jpg

Plants are looking really good, and Best of luck to you on your ScrOG adventure. It's a lot of fun to watch those things fill out.

That wood work just as well for sure Jandre2k3. I use to use tape back awhile back but the wood bake the tape making it a pain to remove and sure made alot of ugly ass pots. Speaking of using things for other uses, seeing this is Oregon, and we have such brite sunlite, LOL, that it's always nice to have a pitcher of sun tea around to get rid of all that sweat. I always preferred sun tea too cooked tea. Well I guess why not;

Works for me. A-Haze. She sure is turning into a bush. Miwa, I have room for two other screens above the first. One can be 1 1/2' above and another another 1 1/2' above it. Besides nothing is glued soild, till I find the faults. 'With me there is going to be alot of them' Pays to be safe than sorry I guess. Ended up just making a 4X4' screen outta 1/2" pvc pipe. Found some cheap garden netting for bird control that costs like 5$ for 130'X4'. Holes are atad small but they will work just fine I think. Ineededed I can cut slightlyty larger hole where needed.

Mr Mud Pie, Mr.MP, Welcome anytime. And Alaska best to ya up there. Use to have a good Partner up there. He use to have a grow on here. His name is JJ. Use to do a green house up there. Bud Rot got him every year outdoors. Hopefully you don't ever have to deal with it. But if I was you I'd keep a lite weak sprayiregimentent going regaurdless. Oz of prevention=Lb of cure as they say. I've been growing alot of the faster Indica's lately. Alot of good strains out there that finish in under 8 weeks. Some sativa's can take up to 120 days of flower time. I'm not allowed to send links to you from a seed company that isnsponsoringing 420 but there are alot of seed venders from Canada that have some early sativa's that could finish outdoors even future north than you. Some in under 7 weeks. They got one called just that Early Sativa that sure looks pretty. Look into Great White North seeds They have some pretty plants. And alot acclimated to this far north. Some 100% sativas.
Hey Jon. Yea always wanted to try one. System makes perfect sense. I just get lazy and pots made it alot easier to move around. It's the first time so live and learn,,,,,, hell die and forget it all anyways so ? Naw hopefully it goes off well and doesn't end up like a monkey F'ing a football. Got to go check out your trip. Been awhile.

Well this is what I'm a thinking......I ended up using some netting I had already bought. Hole were a bit to big so we 'Me and Me's Lady' wrapped it around three times. Should be able to handel whatever I throw at it. Anyone out there ever do a 'tall ass sativa in a scrog? This is what I got;
Scrog18.JPG

And one more time here's what the plants looks like 2 more days of veg. I did just top all the tops one more time before we lock and load. SOOOO 3 days more and we're off to see the wizard;
A-Haze3.JPG

And what else???????????? I know I loaded some more pic's. Ok here's a update. SEEDS. I looked at the seeds I took, and all reality, they were atad green still. I took the darkest looking ones and threw them on a towel atop my cable box to see it the beans crack. She's been going 3or4 days since I took seeds. If these crack I'm going to take one more bud down, leaves me with one finishing up in there. Well this Skunk is pego with Bubba's child. Bubba Skunk;
Seeds48.JPG

Got a semi decent pic of Smile. Plants going crazy. Sticky as all holy hell and fat buds.. Look for yourself;
Smile15.JPG

It's hard to see it these pic's but she's got some thick hair. Nothing delicate about her hairs. Flora smell too;
Smile_2_3.JPG

Well that's the end of tha strain. I didn't keep a clone. But her mother last I grew before, I had nothing bad to say about.
Ok here's another. Tangerine Dream from Barneys. Third times a charm;;;;;;
TD3.JPG

And old stand bye. I have two of these in flower, and one outside fighting with the reveg stuff till I can cut acouple fresh clones off her. I like this plant. Way fast and good production if you spend a extra week or two in the veg room. I've had her yield up to 8 Oz's off my biggest bush. Inside. Buds are rock hard. Plants is a grower. Likes the fert's and can finish in 45 days given a brite lite, and proper food. Well here's my Vantage;
Vantage18.JPG

Well I started on this post last nite I better get it on before something happens to it. I wish everyones doing great out there, and the gardens are green. Keepem Green

Hello peoples. I want to thank all for dropping in. I love it seeing ya clone a flowering plant there Miwa. But I think you are still going to have alot of reveg going ons with them. Intresting the rooted while flowering. GL and I'll be looking in and see how they turn out.
The suntea turns out great give it 16 hours under a 600 watter and waa laa. Tea. Works for me too.
Hey there IGG I think next order for seeds I'm going to try alittle of the Bubbelious myself.
Well Good news here, the Bubba Kush seeds cracked in 36 hours of setting ontop thecable box. I did 5 seeds and I got 4 tap roots showing this morning. Grand Kids. Well Bubba Skunk is born Keepem Green
