OTM's DIY Bubble Cloning & Sprouting 40 Year Old Seeds & Current RDWC Harvest

Ha my wife says I don't get to retire till they kick dirt in my face but i got news for her, it's getting closer by the minute as I'm losing confidence more and more every day in the supposed system and will rebel by leaving the working force as soon as I can. The wife thing is a joke as we talk all the time and we've come up with rather have less funds and do less than more and not be able to enjoy ourselves. My daughter thinks she has the coolest parents to want to help her in any way we can even if it's illegal. I just want what is best for her.

It might be quite a discovery if our man gets at least one gal. I heard a lot of stories about the stuff, how good it was grown in Hawaiian volcanic soil, but I also heard that Cali production was already better at this point. I recently harvested Colombian Gold '72 and I have to say it was worth long waiting and looking how nothing's really happening here  :bong:

Lets see a pic of Luau.

How are the flowers looking OTM? I'm still not convinced it's time for me to flush although I'll check again tonight with more time. Are your ladies getting close yet?

Sorry to everyone for going AWOL...I was volunteered, without asking me first by my son & daughter-in-law to host some visiting relatives since I have a big house and 3 empty bedrooms...they seem trying to not want to be in my will.

Their generosity has had me on pins and needles for the last few days explaining all the air-wick plug-in air fresheners and dull noises emitting from the basement, they went out to dinner tonight so I have a couple hours to try and catch up on my grow.

I didn't start anymore seeds, because I didn't want to deal with that while I had company, when I had the chances to check the grow, everything looked good, Baby Maui's first true leaves are getting bigger but it is a slow grower.

My company is supposed to leave early Thursday morning and travel to the next victim's area so expect a update Thursday night with pictures!:thedoubletake:

From what I have seen just looking through a loupe, I see a few pistils turning, the trichs are clear to partly cloudy, I would say at least 2-3 weeks before I need to start a flush.

I am looking for at least 25% amber, so far I haven't seen one amber, but with the new bed and breakfast title, I have not had the chance to view them with the microscope...in fact I am thinking about snipping off a small bud on each to quick dry and test!RoorRip

Do most of you guys cut off the nutes when you see amber? Just wondering because I've always cut off the nutes at cloudy and flush until I see amber, which has been on average 10-14 days. I'm stuck with some old habits though, so if it is better let me know.

In the old days, we looked at the color of the buds, pretty tough to flush in the ground, on indoors, I have read and watched countless videos to start the flush when you see 25% amber, that way you will be 50% + by the time you harvest.

I guess its the results you are looking for...more amber, more stone.
