WOW this was a long journal, but definitely a good one for sure!!!! 
and that NYCD looks like its gonna be some special!!! I've also tried AK48 myself, only had one big nice hit but that one hit really put a hurtin on me, would definitely like to get my hands on some seeds of that, on my to do list for sure.. again, its been an awsome grow so far, subbed for sure, subbed period!!!!

That part is coming. I think it was just his time take to a larger Command. We had to do some special things with him, that I have never talked about before. Have you ever heard of a "Significant Emotional Event"?

Well maybe one day I will and throw some daisies in the mix, tell em I grafted a daisy with marijuana and got what I like to call a "daisy jane"....You heard it here first...lol

I certainly have, and it can have a profound life-changing impact. I had one a few years back and it completely changed who I am. I will never be the same.

I always enjoy the additions to your story. Like everyone elses suggestion..........you really should write a book about all your events and adventures. My uncle was a pilot in WWII, he wrote his memoiors and had them published just 6 months ago. Good reading

The Story Continues…………………OE An Unexpected Job…………..Part 2
All the interviews were over and we started looking for trends. We found many. From top to bottom there were common statements from both groups of interviews. We knocked around a few ideas and finally deiced to hit the Colonel full force. We were going to create a “Significant Emotional Event”. Something that changes a person forever.
Here are a few examples of Significant Emotional Events that most of us go through just living our lives.
Divorce ….separation….being cheated on
Losing a child or an other loved one
Moving……just down the block, across the country, or to a new country
A bad accident
Terrible injuries
The list goes on. However they all have an impact on one's life and how we deal with them..
These are times that change a person's way of dealing with things in the deepest way.
The old way of dealing with things has to be changed to fit the situation.
My way of dealing with things severely changed when RS deiced to screw me over.
My coping mechanisms were unable to deal with it, so I had to change. Still haven't got that one quite right.
So we had to set the stage for the Colonel to have a Significant Emotional Event.
Here is how we did it.
We used his conference room. We brought in all the pages of white papers and hung them around the room. Covering the questions we asked each group with white paper.
We mixed both groups answers under each question..
We placed his desk so that he could see all the white papers hung around the room.
The stage was set.
We invited him in and he took his seat. The Major briefed him quickly and then started.
The Major uncovered the first question “ Whats going well in the Division?”
Then he uncovered the answer “Nothing”.
The Colonel didn't make a sound.
Next the Major explained the next question we asked was “What's not going so well in the Division” and the rest of the white papers hung around the room addressed those answers.
The Colonel drew in a breath and said “Go on”..
The Major uncovered the next page, it read “The Colonel doesn't listen to any thing I say.” Sir this was throughout the Division, both enlisted and officers.”..
Well, they don't have anything to say that's useful!
The Major “Sir, your NCO s and Officers have been in the Army for years
and have years of experience and they had no good input?”.
“Nothing!”, The Colonel said irritated. Getting red in the face.
The Major uncovered the next one. “He marched us into a lake!”.
“Well the bastards were doing nothing right!”.
The Major, “Yes Sir”
“Well, I guess that was not the thing to do”.
The next one uncovered. “He doesn't trust us! He sends spies to see if we really taking our wifes to the Doctor.”.
The Colonel said nothing, eyes down.
The next one uncovered. “I have get out of this unit, no one gets promoted.”
Red in the face again, the Colonel Shouted “They don't deserve promotions!”.
The Major said “Thank you for your time Sir. We will get back to you in a day or two”.
The Colonel said “But there more sheets you haven't uncovered”. The Major just told him to read them after we were gone and we left.
This man could not be given a Significant Emotional Event! He was too far gone in our eyes. He was disturbed. It was a perfect example of “The Peter Principle”. He had been promoted to his level of incompetence.
We called the General's office and made an appointment to try to get him relieved of duty. He was in fact and was asked to retire and he did. We found out later he was institutionalized.
A note: We did this to many Commanders and everyone of them broke down and said "I am the problem. what can I do?".
We had a list of things ready for that question and told him what to do. Since they did have a Significant Emotional Event, they were ready to change and did.
