when i go south im close to the blue angles home base. Pensicola fl. In march they start flying . 2 day a week you can go watch them. It is great. You are right at the runway. Not like the shows. ONE DAY 2 OF THEM FLEW DOWN THE BEACH. AT 200 FEET. ONE UPSIDE DOWN. WING TIP TO WING TIP
I did not mean it cost more to grow. Tobbaco grows like a weed. Cut it down, it puts out new leaves. But it costs almost as much as pot does now.i love the last dollar a pack of tax went to give 3 million kids health care.now i have nothing against giving them health care, but why do smokers have to pay it all.when they figure how to tax it, pot will be legal. As long as you buy it from them.

thats right john we built to 2new sports stadiums with a sin tax. the funny part is you cant even smoke there.
not thats a bad thing but really it mostly hurts the poorer folk that cant quit and buy $6 packs of smokes

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has weighed in on the quitting smoking support for OMM, and in general supporting how damned hard it is to quit the effing things!

Particularly because I know I want to stop again, just not quite ready, but you lot have made it seem a less scary thought.

Went to Commissary at the Marine Base today. The Air show just started. WOW! They scare hell out of me flying so close! Noisy Bastards too!

When I was in Nam and Thailand I was in the USAF. I think I've flown too much in them....I know enough times to circle the earth 3 times at least. Even got shot in one. I've flown in my last one. Enough! Bah Humbug!

2 days now.....with a patch........Man the patches give me very lucid dreams.......both dreams, I'm dressed very well, but I'm in the slums. People look at me, but cause me no harm. I know I'm in a dream, but can't wake up or control it.
Regular sleep I can control sometimes, but not these...they go on forever it seems. If you try a patch read the book. Good Luck Buddy.

But you? I have nothing but the utmost respect for soldiers who fight with honour.

They are very loud yes, I agree! I do so love the cleverness of the pilots though, it's a true art and I am just so amazed by it. I would be bloody useless as I would just puke all the time, so I do sort of hold them in some sort of awe just being able to hold onto their stomachs if not for anything else!

Until you have one drop a couple of 500 pounders on one side of you that fly over your head before inpact,you dont get to see the real show. But the best show was puff the magic dragon. A c-130 with mini guns and a cannon out the side . First pass droped 4 flairs and second pass was the real show.
Then one day the artillery f.o. And i sat down for a dubbie, and he hands me a pad of paper and said. White phosferous rounds were 86 dollars each........tell me when i spend 10,000 dollars. Now that was a good show to.

I got there in 1961 the first time. Couldn't shoot back at the time. Sucked. Second time, I went to every friggin fire base in the country. I've seen what your taking about...splat! I flew in DC3s with a parachute on. A few Choppers too.
