OldMedMan's 2nd Grow 5 Strains and AirPots

Well, I feel better now Lavendar At least you have an early warning system that helps. I kept having visions of you sprawled over your girls in that crowded room of yours.:smokin2:
I hear you on the ego thing. The VA wants to give me a motorized wheelchair and I keep telling them "When I need it!" :grinjoint: C U soon:surf:

yep, that ego stuff is a real bit.. huh? one of our rules is i move alot of plants to the outside when we clean, dont give up the fight...lavendar

Yeah I been forcing myself to do more. I took on cooking full time...I actually love cooking but...you know....dark times, no love for anything...anyway I am back!!!! I have had friends tell me that..."Welcome back". I credit our wonderful plant...it has given me my peace back and with it ambition and a real desire to be a better person.

Wonder how many Oxy***tin forums with chill people like this? :rasta:

Aloha my friend.

P.S. Is kinda cool having my babies sit out with me and catch the sun.

Hi OMM, man your plants are growing fast and filling in great. Great job, my friend.
Whats up with Bubblelicious? Looks great to me. Tossing some nice looking buds there.

Awesome job and I'm happy to see your grow going so well, keep on doing what you're doing.

I'm happy to have spurred your memory about the fabric, thats more cash for seeds, heheh.:grinjoint:

Hi OMM, I couldn't tell that anything was wrong with the bubblelicious. Reading down I see that you think you aver watered her. It's a weed, should be OK? She's got huge a** buds on here and most likely comes from your Filipino Nurses side of the family. LOL. The others are looking soooooooo happy in their nice pots! I'm rooting for ya my Man,. Your gonna have a heck of a harvest!

OMM, I hear ya bud... I shot many post lamp lights out in our back alley, but that was to keep the parents from watching us as we hung out and did our thing.

Ladies are looking great man! You sure got the thing going good, I'm glad you caught a potential problem.:cheertwo: I love the names of the strains you picked. Imagine yourself looking at glass jars with those names labeled on there.

How was your visit with Screwnuts? I keep on hoping I'll make it over soon, just haven't had too much luck with the lottery yet.

The weather here has finally let up.. we had a nice sunny day, in the 70's. The birds of color are out and the bugs too. My lil girl had a tick sticking out of her neck, I hate them.

I'm chillin listening to my music and puffin on the pipe. Oh, I made some brownies with my infused oil... I ate a piece this morning to test it out :slide: they taste like herb but not too heavy of a taste, the buzz lasted for 6 hrs. and I took a nap and woke up feeling little of the effect still.

Well see ya around partner.. you take care and keep up the great work:thumb:

G'day mate.:thumb:

The haze has been a big surprise, I can't believe the size of her leaves. :grinjoint:

If you don't think I'm crazy, you should!:smokin2:

I just realized they have only been outside for 9 days and I want trees already.:smokin2: Is that called "Very Impatient ??":rofl::rofl::rofl:

My haze is the same mate. Dinner plate size. It's all good mate. I always thought you were a bit:loopy:crazy. I think thats why we get on so well.:biglaugh:

One of the biggest things growing has FORCED me to learn is patience.
They'll be huge before you know it. It's like when a person puts on weight. It's harder to notice if you see them everyday. It's always good to show a mate every few weeks or so for that "farrrrrrk they've grown heaps mate" to keep things in perspective.:thumb::peace:

High MountainHigh Just sounds good to me.:surf:

Good for you on the doing the cooking. I cooked through two marriages and the single bits in between. :slide: Was/am a good cook. Since I lost most of my taste buds I gave it up. :smokin2:

Isn't it nice to hear friends say "Welcome Back" after a while in the twilight zone? The drug you referenced made me one angry person. Hated everybody, including myself. MMJ has become the wonder "drug" to a lot of lost souls.
It's changed us back into human beings again. Just feel that vibe here on 420. Can't help but love it here.
Hell, High you've already a better person, you love people and life all over again.:cheertwo:

Dude I WISH my shit was that happy.............. Love the top job on the shark. In your mind look back and think what if the third or fourth bottom branch split like that,,,. Double the early branches and double the main cola's in the end. They looking fine dude. ++++ Iffin I could...

Thanks wood I'm learning. I topped them all at least twice and it sure shows! Thanks for the thought on the reps, it's the thought that counts:thumb:

Thanks Mmmmick I was looking at Bubblelicious today and talking to her, and I think she is doing better. When I grow another one, it will be in a bigger pot. She is sticky everywhere. Her buds just look like they will be a good stone.

I'm holding my breath the way everything is going. The Strawberry has grown 9" in 9 days outside. I spend allot more time with these girls than I did in my first grow. Seemed like I was in panic mode most of the time with the last ones.

Right, more seeds.:cheertwo: I know I'll break down and order a few more, like I need them.:smokin2: Have two windows open to seeds right now in Opera.
Just looking.:grinjoint: Take care...

Hi My Friend Well, if you look back to early pictures of Bubblelicious, she was a happy bushy little thing. I think I really did almost kill her, by over watering her. All her leaves turned yellow and fell off....way too early for that.
I have never grown her before and she is an early finisher...but not this early.:smokin2: I think she is a relative of the Nurse.:surf:
Bud, this is my best start ever and I am trying to keep them healthy all the way through. :grinjoint:

Hi Sun Truthfully I think I damn near killed her by over watering her.
Her pot is sooooo light compared to the AirPots. Egg on face again!;)

Maybe she will recover?? If she doesn't. I think I will plant another one because she is a quick finisher and would be done at almost the same time as the others. What's left of her is sticky sticky any where you touch her.;)

Yep, I had one grow where I used like 3-4 different sized containers and it made it real hard to water the plants evenly. I just never got a feel for what a dry pot felt like cause they were all different.

Thanks for looking in. Are you gonna take a break or just keep on rolling?:grinjoint:

I'm going to take a couple weeks break and then fire it up again at the end of the month.

I like having a grow going, keeps things interesting ;).

Hey sisco Glad to see you. I am, no sh*t, ordering BB gun tonight, not for lights though. Some black birds have been screwing with around my girls.
Getting plastic BBs, just to remind them not to come back.:rasta::rasta:

I don't know what happened to Screwnuts. Never called or anything and he has not been on his grow either. Must have run into something some where along the way.:smokin2::smokin2::smokin2:

Sorry about the lottery.:smokin2:

Spring days and ticks. Little bad with the good. Still have a tick head in my back from when I was a kid. yuk!

Cookies sounds good...have to watch out when you have things to do.:surf:

Same to you Bud, nothing but good!:cheertwo:

G'day mate Think your right, crazy likes crazy.:cheertwo:
What I am gonna do to keep perspective is look back at pictures that were taken earlier in my grow, to see how well they have done.

I think somewhere a while ago you told me about Silica. I have some Silica Blast now to give the girls. Any thing I should know about it? Before I give it to em?

Thanks for your friendship and help. :thumb:

Only one thing with the silica IMO. Get the water swirling in the bucket before you add it and it reduces the cloudy thing that happens.
Here's a bit of info on silica for you.

Silica benefits include greater tolerance to environmental stresses such as cold, heat, drought, salinity, mineral toxicity, mineral deficiencies and improves growth rate and resistance to insects and fungi.

Silica also promotes natural fungi defence mechanisms in plants and significantly reduces the need for fungicides.

Silica also increases chlorophyll per unit area of leaf tissue. This means that a plant is able to tolerate both higher and lower light levels by using more of the available light.

Supplemented levels of Silica have also been shown to produce higher concentrations of the enzyme RUBP carboxylase in leaf tissue. This enzyme regulates the metabolism of carbon dioxide and enables the plant to make more efficient use of available levels of CO2.:thumb:

Thanks for your friendship and help too mate. If dunno if ya realise it or not but you help keep me sane brother. 420Mag has been my saviour since Dad died. Keeps me occupied when i'm not busy doing other stuff. Coming of the anti-depressants at the mo and feeling better by the day.:thumb::peace:

Hi Sun Gonna let her dry out for a few days and see what happens. We get showers day and night right now, might just bring her in for a night or two.

I saw you next grow plans. Your gonna make allot of folks happy with this one. However the bickering will continue by the faithful. What I like is this one you can do it your way and go for it. Much more fun with the new one.:cheertwo:

If I don't grow.....I get very lazy.

Groover, Thank You mate. I think we keep each other some what sane.:grinjoint: By the way, the last pictures were taken with the L 110 and I love it. Now got to learn to use it even better.:grinjoint:

Man, why doesn't everyone use Silica? Sounds like a dream nute. Thanks for all the info on it. Will watch for the cloudy thing. ;)

With out 420 I would be a couch potato, sitting there stoned and bored with myself. 420 has helped my health a great deal. Glad your getting off that stuff.:cheertwo:
