OldMedMan's 2nd Grow 5 Strains and AirPots

:cheertwo::cheertwo::cheertwo: I am glad the Neem worked! I have little calm over bugs myself. They make my brain hurt to think about...so I wish them to stay outside where they have a chance of living...cuz I wish them nothing but death in my grow room.

Glad you acted so calmly and quickly bro!

Aloha my friend and you might consider getting some marigolds growing around your outdoor plants, I know they seem to keep most of those types of bugs away. And they are pretty :grinjoint:. Maybe Joanne would do that for ya and keep them up, they could be her plants, she can't object to Marigold's right? :smokin:

Aloha my friend.

Hi Mmmmick:grinjoint:
Slap myself upside my head.:hmmmm: When, I read fabric, a light went off  Last year I bought some light proof fabric for my cabs. Never used it.
So all I have to do is find it.:bravo:

I think that maybe a small problem compared to what I found on the girls today.
I found some little white spots on the leaves of 4 of my girls. Turned over a
leaf and found some little white worm looking things. You could just wipe them off with you hand. Panic! I spent the next hour or so giving them a Neem bath.
Tomorrow I will post some pictures of them. It was dark by the time I had finished washing them. No one said I would have a problem free grow.:peace:

Good luck finding your gear. Check the shed last, lol. Nothing worse than going shopping only to find you already own the stuff you bought. Been there a few times, heheh.

Oh Man, I'm glad you spotted those worms, whatever they are. Catch 'em early is so important. Neem will probably do the trick.
Good luck.

Moths will die if I see any circling my grow! Little white or light green ones. Lay their eggs right on the stem and withing a short period. The larvae hatch and bore into the stem (Stem borers) that's when you see the little brown pile of maggot sh*t they leave outside the hole. You will also notice a bulge or widening of the stem as they make their little nasty way up the stem and eventually they emerge out out the bud and fly away! I cut the stem open (up and down slice right at the highest part of the bulge and there it is, a tiny maggot like larvae. The first time they got my plants, I didn't know what was happening till the emerged from the buds. After that I just keep a reel good eye on the stems and cut them out as I see'em.

I don't know about amaze. One thing i wonder though. How do those moths fly with such big balls?:peace:

When I was a child 5th grade my mom had asked me if I had ever smelled moth balls, of course I said yes and made a face...then she asked me how I opened them little legs.:laughtwo: Thanks Mom, and my daughter wonders where I get my strange humor. ;)

Glad to hear your buggers are under control you didn't metion it but all good. Hey your neighbors lite,,,,, well when they aren't home go slip over and unscrew the lite enough to stop it from working,,,, chances are they wood be lazy as me and not even remember to change the bulb. But just try to keep plants outtta derict lite should be ok, and that other I use green on my patio, seems to cut back on the bugs and peeking eyes abit. Gl OMM it sounds like you got Miss or Misses 'not sure which' Bay Area doing a drive bye, hella COOL Enjoy that ice cold water BAS. Keep it all green.

Aloha my friend.

Hello my Buddy High:cheertwo:

If you had been here you wouldn't have thought I was calm. :smokin2::smokin2:

The only bug I liked was Pinky in my last grow.;)

Marigolds sound good. Joanne planting them! She kills plants just by touching them. :smokin2: I keep her away from the girls. :rasta:

See you soon in your journal.:cheertwo:

Lavendar love your name by the way. That's awful, I at least I know when I can't walk, but you just fall right over with no warning. Carry a pillow girl. :hippy:

actually about a minute warning, now that i know what to look for, and some days are better than others....it turns red hot, then feels like its been asleep and just waking up, than nothing for a few minutes....kinda like it shorts out...you just learn how to statigically walk....using a cane helps when the ego gets out of the road....its a minor inconvenience when i see others...keeps the whole thing in perspective....i'll take this over the spasms anyday tho....:yummy:and thank you, lavendar

Hi wood Thank you, but I think I'll just cover em at night.:grinjoint:
The lights aren't very big and they are at least 150 feet away.

G'day mate.:thumb:

The haze has been a big surprise, I can't believe the size of her leaves. :grinjoint:

If you don't think I'm crazy, you should!:smokin2:

I just realized they have only been outside for 9 days and I want trees already.:smokin2: Is that called "Very Impatient ??":rofl::rofl::rofl:

girls are lookin' good there OMM ;).

whattup with the bubblelicious? is she the troublemaker in the group?

Hi Sun Truthfully I think I damn near killed her by over watering her.
Her pot is sooooo light compared to the AirPots. Egg on face again!;)

Maybe she will recover?? If she doesn't. I think I will plant another one because she is a quick finisher and would be done at almost the same time as the others. What's left of her is sticky sticky any where you touch her.;)

Thanks for looking in. Are you gonna take a break or just keep on rolling?:grinjoint:

Well, I feel better now Lavendar At least you have an early warning system that helps. I kept having visions of you sprawled over your girls in that crowded room of yours.:smokin2:
I hear you on the ego thing. The VA wants to give me a motorized wheelchair and I keep telling them "When I need it!" :grinjoint: C U soon:surf:
