They’re on most of the night anyway just general security and I work with just a little sidelight on with them on and nothing else - but if you reckon I can safely change the timer to go off at say 11am it would save me on newer curtains! We?!? you mean your grow manager, right?
The veg lights don't have to stay on for the full 8 hours. With night interruption (i.e. gas lantern effect) what you're really trying to do is make sure there is no uninterrupted 12 hour block of darkness, so you could set a timer to have the light come on somewhere in the middle of dark period for 30 minutes or so. That way there's only a dark period for maybe six hours, then a period of light, then dark again. Saves on the light bill, and helps with crabby neighbors.
And yes - Trim Controller Consultancy wow she gets it. Comes from a family where if you didn’t grow/catch some your own food through the year you just didn’t eat as well certainly gave her an amazing understanding of plants. The first time I visited her Mum’s home, very very rural, water pumped direct from a river, no glass windows I opened the freezer to grab some ice and teo frozen squirrels stared out at me killed with a catapult by her 78 year old Mum the week before. The next day eels in a bucket caught by hand out the river. My wife grew up to 16 like this - and still loves it. Goes back every minute she can. But gives her great instinctive knowledge of how to produce “bounty” from a plant I think.
Haha - they make it up. I think the seeds they’re from have at some point gone to 2x% they just add some to show value. No testing. I gave no indication other than thats A Grade and that’s B grade. He bought the B to sell and pocketed the A I gave him free for personal useWow...29% THC on a Bruce Banner!?!?!?
I need to try that.
