Ha low yield Indy explained.
Small buds. If i drop the bigger one from 6 inches it bounces off the wood with a reassuring thud about 2 inches back. The smaller one a couple of bounces and off the table.
I’ve had young side greenhouse. I’ve had indoor at 8 weeks. This is 9.5 week.
Mighty + Locked and loaded.
So excited.

I trimmed my first nug!
I got approval from & Co and was immediately asked to join the team.
I said I’m busy the next week or so but I might do a few hours this evening. If I have some Strawberry…
Found it on the floor of the cure room.
So burnt orange.

How is it even possible that you just trimmed your first nug? That’s incredible! Way to distribute labor! I so wish I could say that. Being a solo practitioner has its disadvantages. Well nice job on your first nug ever. Try some really dense buds. They’re much more fun to trim. Lmao!I trimmed my first nug!

Donn't feel to sorry for her - when she trim for other growers she’s marking up the labour on the trim team

That’s my Strawberry Solo SIP today. Azi Pheno
As I know Bill is having a nightmare and I saw those (plus probably like 6 other pairs I was somewhat concerned.
So I sent to my mate.
Calyxi ?
Given it a squeeze. Squishy like a water balloon all cool. Resin sac.
Harder. Seed in bound.
We were joking if I manage to cross those two strains it would be amazing. We just have the two solos in there. Doesn’t particularly matter. I’d love some more seeds of the Azi Pheno!
But I learned something new then.

Yup. Or, if they shoot hairs they’re good, if not give them a squeeze. My Mimosa from last grow was like this top to bottom. Just how the buds formed. No seeds. Just a few hollow calyxes that occasionally pop.

@Jon Yeah it was my gut, the squeeze test was good. But i was still momentarily stressed and so hopefully helps someone out one day!
I was pretty sure I was fine but trying to find a decent picture online on the “Have I Hermied My Plants…” or “7 Early Stages of Hermies” was near in possible.
So I sent the pic to a friend who kindly me taught me all that having seen the picture.
Then having sworn off entering any contests this month I promptly entered it Photo of The Month

She’d charge me rental on the clippers/trimmers (I paid for)
Joining fee
Lessons (I had none but she’ll claim I watched too carefully)
Loss of earning off other trimmers
Stealing the nug off the floor fine
Eventually me trimming that nug is gonna cost me $10

Not much on.
Strawberry trim will finish tonight. It doesn’t have much weight to lose at this point so we’ll get a sense of the final weight.
Indy starts tomorrow. That’s going to go fast - less volume but been drying part trimmed 5 days already. Be 2 days.
Then the Island. Yet to try. Maybe she’ll let me tonight….

Room modifications to be confirmed Monday but Sunday or Monday week works as & Co’s bday on Friday. I imagine she might be a bit grumpy the next morning. Pinkie promises or not!
At the moment I’m thinking 8 Strawberry and 12 Indy. But seeds arrived. i have plenty of @Barney's Farm Mimosa x Orange Punch on hand.

If the Island is amazing (likely) I think I’ll pick up a second hand tent and light (buyers market) and run some there. The sativas are too disruptive in parallel.
Then & Co doesn’t know about her favourite to grow Bruce Banner in bound.
So some high quality strain decisions for the next grow.
Main news is th outdoor Dos Si Dos Rocketas is at 4’6” on the vertical. Probably 5ft with a straighten. But I’ll get her to 5ft and flip on the 21st June
Which amuses me. Its when plants naturally flip anyway. I’m turning off the supplemental.
I need a plan.
They’re directly behind my armchair and TV. I like the curtains and balcony doors open in the evening. But its a bunch of light so I need a screen of some sort for them. (The Gorilla Glue Monster mother is still going)
Think I have a plan. Just about weather fixing the screen for the storms we’ll get next few months.
Flower outdoor in tropical monsoon season? Yeah I’m an idiot!
Like a challenge though and not killed a plant
in ages!

Yeah SiP up there @Azimuth . Gonna love it from here on out - couldn’t have more of an advert for SIPs then the punishment she’s taken the last? 6 months?
I just tried some 4 day dried (but droughted 4 days under the lights too so not too moist. Wonmt get trimmed another 3 days. Just a taster mid range.
I’m really happy with that. So much tighter than the Skunk 11 we grew. (Both pureish sativas)
So uh yeah. Citrus notes. Bit warthy still some some chlorophyl to lose. But citrus fruit bowl. Reckon & Co is right. There is an orange/red pheno. Less tight though. 2 of them.

I think so. I think he overwatered at the start - didn’t need to re water for like 6 days? and left the cover on the propagator hood closed too much. Just that plant showing it though.
Opened the vent about 3 days ago and cover off yesterday. When the sun gets a little higher today he’s going to move them into a little more light.
I think I see the second node coming so hopefully they’ll straighten up in a day or so.

Fed her like real proper spec nutes today. Not just Solo left overs. 3L which is the res in a day. (Fed just water yesterday a d called it a flush) Something is happening still!

Yeah probably a waste of tape!
More seeds in bound for the solo grow. Ended up with two extra spots the waywe the guys cut it - 18 spots not 16 was just more even spread
Hopefully some of them are in the grow after next here. 7 Strains being tested in Solos.
We’re likely doing 9 Indy 12 Strawberry in the main grow starting in 10 days. 70 Days later is 31st August. We’ll be into flower rhe next possibly last grow by 1st September. We can finish that grow even the law changes. So the Solos are for the “Opus Grow” (not that I’m not an over the top idiot - but I do want to go out (if out it is to be) on a high!)
