Interesting findings

The finding is only one of the insights revealed by the long-awaited cannabis genome map detailing gene arrangement on the chromosomes, published recently in the journal Genome Research. Among other revelations are discovery of a gene responsible for the production of cannabichromene, or CBC, a lesser known cannabinoid, as the active substances in cannabis are known, and new insights into how strain potency is determined.

Some psychoactive effects in medical strains could be coming from CBC, a lesser known cannabinoid that has unusual pharmacology including anti-inflammatory properties. The discovery of the gene responsible for CBC synthesis will make it possible for breeders to tailor its content in future varieties.

Ooh lots of amber.

Do you think so ? I was thinking mostly cloudy. But now Looking at the 4th photo it does look like a lot
Thinking its the focus. Looking in person I do see a bit of AMBER but not more than maybe 20%.

She has been SLOW but very STEADY all the way I Like she made it this long and still looking decent
tells me I should not have to worry about running long in the 10s

It was really after that 4th pic that I noticed it. It might just be on some of the bigger, older leaves?

The pictures were from a bunch of different spots but mostly midway between the canopy and the net. Its time
apparently so that's a good thing :) :yahoo:

Looking amazing Gazoo! Awesome job! I used to do 48 hours of dark until Duggan convinced me that 24 was plenty. Happy New Year!

Thanks, I normally dont do the dark period but wanted to get her closer to the NEW MOON for harvest
Thinking I may just finisher her today to get it over with and close this journal

Hay guys Question on the COB Thing. I just washed and hung the GUAWI and want to try the cob with some.
How long do I let her hang/dry after the Wash before I Vac for the Sweet ? Also how much weight do I use
considering she is still wet ? 1 oz ?

Thanks

Morning Gazoo, really just depends on how much YOU want to use. An oz would be just fine...
I would let it dry a couple days, until they reach around 70-80% humidity. I would go with the wetter side, maybe try for 75... I check using a plastic bag and a sensor, just put what you want to cob in the bag with the sensor, seal it up for a bit and there ya go!
Please let us see some pics, I bet the color change is gonna be pretty sweet!
