New Moon Over Guawi: A High Brix Journey

Hey Gazoo Merry Christmas!
Funny how close you watch your environment. As you may know, I grow in an uninsulated garage and have to keep a watchful eye on changes in ambient weather. Last nigh, smoking a jay, howling at the moon and whatnot, and I noticed it felt humid out. Checked the tents hygrometer and sure as hell it was 20% more humid than expected. My dehu kicked on as it should but I gotta find a way to either insulate the tent from as much external influence or something. Ahh well, I guess mother nature’s job is never finished lol

Yup " I'm just looking for clues at the scene of the crime "

Sometimes it takes a while to see the patterns develop so I never know what may be important
until I see the relationships develop. Key is to pinpoint and understand as many variables I can, get
enough in line and its a smoother ride

New Camera for Christmas took some pictures under green light basically in the dark and this is the
result without reading the manual :)

Kinda thinking I want to hold off the harvest until Jan 1st, closer to the New Moon

END WEEK 12

I'll take more Fan leafs tonight at lights on, did not want to take them all at once so
only took the worst ones yesterday.

Beautiful Gazoo, they are ready anytime now. I forget, did you try a tester?

Thanks she is turning out some nice tops :) I decided to try and wait until the 1st of Jan a bit closer to the New Moon.
Never took a tester, ;) I find it very hard to remove even a fan leaf on the girls, it just feels wrong ?

BTW Since I have your attention what is the preferred method for HARVEST as far as soil moisture goes ?
I normally let the pots dry before harvest and never tried harvesting in wet soil is there and advantage besides
a faster drying period after OH i did a GE last water and thinking just wait out the pot dry and harvest ?

Those are some beautiful pics bud! That girl is looking very nice.

Thanks I was hoping for more center fill in the net but still a nice result :)

Looking great Gazoo! Post as many pics as you like! What kind of camera did you get?

:passitleft:

I made the mistake of telling a cousin I was looking for a new camera so here we are ;)
Its the CANON PowerShot SX530 HS he is a professional photographer and was asking about
a simple point and shoot type camera and this was his recommendation apparently :)

I agree wit the others, nice pics... and that is one pretty lady! I bet you're ready to get her to the curing jars!

Actually was just reading the FLOW CHART at the start of the COB Thread and will need to ask them
if that is still the correct process or has there been any improvements or updates not included in that first post.
This is the sad time I have trouble ending them they are like old friends and its hard to let them go :(

Very Pretty!

Thanks, I like the soft colors they are producing, You really cant see it under the t5s but she has
a very nice BLUEISH HUE under normal light

I try to harvest on the drier side. If they need water like the day before I have to harvest I'll just give them enough to keep them from wilting.

The flow chart on the cob thread is still the way to start. The only thing that has changed is most don't think it's necessary to use corn husks. I haven't been using them for a while now but just decided today to give them another try just to be sure. I just posted the Zamaldelica x Ethiopian cob I made.

Thanks, I read your post over there :goodjob: I will probably use the Husk this time, Especially since I already purchased it
like 5 months ago at the start of this run  Looking forward to the end result.

Make sure to properly align the spectrum capacitors.....

:reading420magazine:

All properly aligned and sitting on top of my 45gallon barrel. It will run 24/7 pulling up the water from
the bottom of the barrel, forcing it into a VORTEX and then gravity splash back into the barrel for electric
charge ;)

If nothing else it will keep the water circulating and Oxygenated Plus it look cool sitting on top of the
barrel. Tarzan thinks its a Jacuzzi :ciao:
