New City Grower 3.5 - Our Perpetual Grow - Continued

Thanxx Away.

QUICK UPDATE
April 14, 2015

BAG SEED Day 82 / Day 48 under 12/12

I think we just might break the mold with this one. From the looks of it she'll probably be our best yield to date in 2lt Soda Pop Pots & she's still putting out pistils. This plant wasn't trained & the only treatment she's received was defoliation for light penetration. Maybe there's something to growing naturally even in tight quarters.

DOUBLE BAG SEED
(In Perlite) Day 1

Since we had a good finish with the last plant we grew in this medium after correcting our PH levels I'm trying it again. The medium is 75% Perlite and 25% Vermiculite top-dressed with Azomite & Growology Step 1. They'll be feed 5.8 PH adjusted tap until they're big enough to start Growology Step 2. Depending on how they're sex turns out we may be breeding. If it's 2 females we'll of course let them grow but if we end up with a male & female I'll figure out some way to isolate this pot. If it's 2 males they'll be trashed.

Amazing you can get that monster from a 2L soda pot! Well done, indeed!

Another day another harvest. Everything clicking along here, I see. There's something to be said for smaller harvests that never stop. A constant supply of quality meds doing something you thoroughly enjoy. Sweet. :bravo:

that is a fat cola my friend, that bag of seed turned out to be a real beauty

Cool! I see you are growing in the 2L pop bottles.

I am curious if you know your average yield using 2 liter bottles.

I have grown in 20 oz. pop bottles and I usually average around 8 to 10 grams dried.

:goodjob:

Looks great here. Some odd looking buddage on that one. Kind of like the Dr Grinspoon strain. You will get some monster cola when you don't top the plant can concentrate all it's energy on the main cola.I play with a single cola every now and then. I even clip all the smaller side branches that produce minimal. The more you top the more buds sites you get, but you don't get that one monster. And you can fit a lot more plants in smaller spaces.. A SOG. I've been wanting to do one myself. I just have to find the right strain. Looks good. Keepem Green

BAR, I was discussing your Lamb's Quarters companion pot with BlueJay, who runs the no-till thread on another site and he made this interesting observation that I thought you'd appreciate. Something to either try now or to keep in your arsenal for when you attempt growing with it the next time.

"Lamb's Quarters is a good one! .....

High in Phosphorus, not that I'm suggesting we need high P Would pair well with a fresh sprouted clover puree 'SST' which is high in the enzyme Phosphatase, needed of course for breaking down P. " - BlueJay

He runs the same LOS I do, explaining his statement about our soil being adequate to the plant's needs.
