Neikodog's High Brix Sativas

Nice cola Gray! how would you rate the final produce?

Top drawer, Neiko. :thumb:

It's as punchy as that UBH, but dangerously sativa - a real mind dissolver.

I gotta cut it with something more gentle. That Oldtimers is da real thang.

:cough:

That's cool. How did she taste?

I just sampled the Malawi x panama and man is it tasty but I can't describe it. There is a lot going on in that flavor. Potency is high too. I will be running that again.

Are you getting strawberry from that Malawi? My GT x Malawi was very berry.

Man they are all good in their own way. With your space requirements you could do Congo, Panama and the right phenotypes of Malawi and Zamaldelica
Well I have all but the Congo if I am not mistaken. I think I have the Malawi in fems so perhaps I will start with that. Weather wise, what season would you recommend for flowering?

At just about the month-cure mark, my 501 OG's get this SUPER-sized hit of menthol. I mean it will literally open you up...lol. My wife is finally starting to ask me the date of our night's choice before she takes a draw. Luckily, I had enough forethought to put away a zip of the bestest from each of my last 4 harvests. So unless our consumption changes radically, I'll have produce with several months' cure for some time.

Oh Neiko, it looks like I may put that fast clementine in flower with a couple of those Panama(+) tomorrow. I've got a couple cuts off of it, so we'll see how she turns out soon enough.

Still going on the cob buzz. We ordered a pizza and I cut 4 chunks off with some really sharp shears. 2 pieces were .2g, one piece was .3g and one was .4g. We all grabbed a chunk and started chewing. My initial reaction was same as my Wife's. We kinda scrunched our noses trying to figure out the flavor and aroma. Not unpleasant, but certainly not "delicious". We all chewed for at least 5 minutes off and on and swallowed the remnants.

Right after, I took a chunk and broke it apart into bits. I mixed it with some dried/ground flowers from the same plant, obviously a month curing in the jar and ran it through the vaporizer. I think the effects are a bit subdued and a little more delicate. It's not trippy at all, but while the strain is more stoney than trippy to begin with, and the fact it's only been a month, our expectations weren't unrealistic. The 3 of us sat around chatting and watching some TV, and before we knew it, 5 hours had passed.

What strain did you try with this cobbing Gov?

I find the buzz very functional and pleasant when eaten. I haven't vaped any yet. The Strawberry fields is far from subdued when smoked for me and others. It has quite the kick now and you're right, the buzz lasts and lasts. I got another tester chunk of it to smoke today. It has been 5 weeks curing now.

Rare Dankness 501st OG.

We found the buzz to be both pleasant and functional too. At first, the discussion was bordering on disappointment. Even in my 50's I find reading testimonials of people I've associated with for several years to build my expectations like a little kid. But alas,... One thing we all liked was the peppery taste this strain had after a minute of chewing. It wasn't there at first, but after some chewing it started to show itself.

We didn't chew any more, but continued to cycle the vape...needless to say, I slept really well last night...lmao

p.s. I got 2 of the Panama(+) and the clementine into their 7 gal pots this morning. You're right, clem is really sturdy too. The strongest one I've had in the kit has been the 501'st, but this one isn't far behind. When transplanting earlier, it was easy to see it is a nice, woody specimen. I have one clone already rooted and another in the dome, so it lives on. The strawberry fields looks very good too. Its clone hasn't rooted yet, but looks like it will show any day. BCP isn't as robust, but it still looks good. I'll keep a single of those two to isolate later, but the clem looks like it'll be first to get the ol' feminized-seed treatment. Don't remember what you said the running time of it is, but so far, it's just faster than the other 2, so to ensure preservation, it'll go first.
